“Excellent” Highly recommend this apartment...it was in a fantastic location and cleanliness was spotless...everything you need is at the apartment, it really is home from home...loved it! Transfers were efficient and friendly! looking forward to going back :)

“Group booking” 5 minutes from Faro airport yet quiet. 15-20 minute walk to nearest shops. Difficult if you don't have a car as not easy to get taxis. Villa spacious, clean, all rooms had aircon and all 7 bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen for those that want to cater for themselves. Hosts available if needed and very welcoming, they are clearly proud of the property and want you to enjoy your stay

“Enjoyable time with my Family.. all 12 of us” My Family and myself stayed at Casa Julio for 10 nights, there were 8 adults and 4 children. Location is great, opposite Charlies bar that does lovely homemade food. Beach is lovely, approx a 20 minute walk away. All the Kids 11yrs, 6yrs, 6yrs and 1yr old loved the pool. Lots of fun can be had. It is nice and private It was great having the dishwasher, washing machine etc. Fully air conditioned which is FAB .. 3 bathrooms so no queues. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday. We found the Strip to be mainly geared towards the young 'clubbers'.. Old Town is for all and only a 5 euro taxi drive away.. You can get Happy hour Large beers for 2 euros.. Breakfast is approx. 5.50 euros for small breakfast, 8.50 euros for mega (2 of everything).. A meal out for 2 Adults, 2 children with 1 drink each works out approx. 50 euros.. The only thing that we feel could be improved is the garden maintenance as the gardens are all dried up and not watered so leaves are constantly in the pool. Also for the price paid (£260 p/n) we feel there should of been some housekeeping during a 10 night stay. When I enquired whilst there (day 4) I was told that it is only provided for a 2 week stay, although someone did come out and change beds the day after I emailed. That being said I would still recommend the Villa for groups and Families and wouldnt rule out visiting Albufeira again some day ..

“What a fantastic holiday!!” Myself, my husband and my two boys had a wonderful holiday at Windmill Hill and our apartment was in a perfect location within the complex. The apartment itself was very spacious with great storage for all of us considering it was a one bedroomed apartment. It was well equiped for all your needs, it even had a tv with BBC 1 so my husband could watch the olympics, so really home from home!! We also had the choice of eating on two balconies with great views or the terrace with a view of the pool. My two boys aged 3 and 9 had a wonderful holiday, met lots of friends who they intend to keep in contact with. I think this means that we are already thinking about returning next year so thank you Rob & Gill for a lovely holiday!

“Excellent” Family had a great week away in villa Quintana de balaia. ideal location in olihos de agua. 5 min walk to nearest cafe/bars nice restaurants for food at reasonable prices. (Indian restaurant was lovely worth a try). You can stroll in to olhos de agua/beachshort taxi in to albuferra. The accomadations size does not justify its self in video its huge and well laid out and very clean. I’ve been to many villas but none come anywhere near as beautiful as this one absolutely loved it. “Great appartments for people with childeren.” Arriving at the apartments we were greeted by the owner, he showed us the apartment which was very nice. The room (T2) was equipped with a living room (Sofa, Chair, table and TV with Satelite receiver), kitchen (Microwave, Washing Machine, Oven, Refrigerator, Electric stove), Large Badroom (Shower, Toilet, sink) and 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, large closets) All was very clean and neat. The room was cleaned every day. The restaurant was very good, and the people are very friendly. They have some toys for little children which my sun loved. One of the childeren of the owner was also in the restaurant and played with my sun all the time... Really friendly people, clean and good rooms. Only one thing was that the satellite didn't receive dutch channels for my kids.
