“Unbelievable apartment ❤️” Myself and my husband have just returned from the the most amazing week in this beautiful home ❤️ The views, the the terrace, the space indoor and out are all incredible!! My in-laws ( who visit Albufeira every year) came over for drinks one night and were blown away also. They have stayed in many apartments/ holiday homes in the area and agreed with us that this place is superior to them all. Everything is within reach. The beach, the square and supermarket are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Local spar a 2 minute walk. This was my first time in Albufeira and the old town is magical but the views of it from this apartment is even more magical! All the pictures you see on the website are exactly what you experience when you arrive. I cried when I walked through the apartment to that terrace it really is breathtaking! Magnus is a wonderful host and super prompt at keeping in touch with the whole process. Esmeralda lives in the complex and is on hand for anything else you might need. They are both a joy to deal with. I will never stay anywhere else when I return to Albufeira as it was staying here that made it so special. This place is home for me and my husband from here on in. Thankyou Magnus once again for a truly special holiday ❤️

“Wonderful views” Large airy appartment. The balcony is the highlight, lovely views over the old town and sea. Five minute walk downhill into town but coming back up the hill in the August heat was hard work! Air conditioning in the appt would have been a bonus and maybe a welcome pack with basics like water, milk and bread would be a nice touch so you do not have to rush off out to the shops straight away. Overall though, a lovely well appointed appt and much nicer to be in the old town than the strip. Went home refreshed and relaxed!

“first class accommodation and very good value for money” Stayed here in May with a couple of girlfriends and must say the apartment was everything we hoped for and more. Very well located with wonderful views of the sea.Very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Our stay was lovely and relaxing and we would certainly use this apartment again! Good pool area very private and quiet. Altogether fabulous.

“Fantastic location and facilities” We stayed in Gail's apartment for a week in june 2015, she was there to meet us on arrival with all information required to make our stay pleasant. The apartment has everything to make you feel at home and the location is fantastic just a 5 minute walk into the old town and to the lovely beach. We will definitely recommend and use the apartment again ourselves in the future.

“Lovely apartment in a great location!!!!!” Fantastic service - started with our pick up at the airport until we left!! The property was in a great location-very short walking distance to Fisherman's beach,restaurants and bars. Good amenities.Great views from the apartments!! “The best view ever from a fabulous apartment” I stayed in this apartment with my husband and two teenage children (my sister and her family rented apartment do sol from Phillipa also). The apartment is large and loads of room, perfect for four people. The kitchen was well equipped and also had a washing machine which was great for washing towels etc, The balcony was the best ever and the view was unbelievable, there was table, chairs and two sun loungers - we spent most of our time on the balcony. The apartment was very secure with a code to enter it and it also had a safe inside , it was about 5 minutes down a hill to the escalator which took you right to the old town and the beach. The pool in the complex was great with plenty of sun beds, the snack bar was closed the week we were there. From the beginning of the booking of this apartment to the end Phillipa Ward was fabulous - her communication and booking instructions were 100% she also organised the transfers for us - a great hassle free holiday. First time I ever used Holiday Lettings and it won't be the last. Can't recommend this apartment highly enough, you couldn't get better at the bargain price! Thank you Phillipa and I look forward to returning.

“Brilliant holiday!” We stayed at this 5 bedroom villa for a week at the end of May. It was brilliant! Location5/5 right in the middle of the old town and the new town perfect! Cleanliness 5/5 villa was immaculate when we arrived and lots of extras left to help with your stay! Pool 5/5 pool was heated and lots of fun for the kids and adults! Rooms 5/5 rooms were big enough and clean. Master bedroom is beautiful! Manager 5/5 Jaoe couldn't do enough to help you. Very nice man! Jacuzzi 5/5 roof top terrace was a great extra which lots of other villas don't have! Everything about it was fantastic. Tom was great with communication and his manager gave us his number when we got there and said anything you need give me a call. Would definitely recommend! Can't ask for any more will definitely be booking again for next year! Thanks Tom

“Wonderful Apartment” Three of us stayed in this apartment during our summer vacation in early August. We had a fantastic stay, and the apartment was perfect. Great views, great location, great layout and awesome pool. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in self catering accomodation in Albuferia.

“Great Villa” We were 2 families of 4 and the villa was perfect. We enjoyed using the outside space - BBQs on the terrace as well as the lovely pool. The location of the villa is excellent - just a short walk to the old town, beach and supermarkets. We had a lovely holiday and would certainly recommend this villa as a great place to stay. As mentioned in a previous review - make sure the taxi driver has the correct address as we were also dropped off about a 10 minute walk away.

“TOTALLY RELAXING AND QUIET” We stayed at this apartment this June and all of the photos does not do it justice as you have to be there to appreciate the relaxing atmosphere. very well positioned, within easy reach of all amenities and a lovely restaurant next door with piri piri sauce to die for. Great little café bar on beach (5 min walk) called Sunset beach. you get sun on balcony in afternoon from approx. 15:00 so chill the wine early Wonderful holiday, Thank you Maria for all your help the year before when we had to cancel but this was worth the wait. “Beautiful Terrace to share with Friends” I traveled to Albufeira with my partner and another couple for a friends wedding. We shared the Boa Vista apartment and it could not have been a more perfect location/space for us. The apartment was very clean and modern and had everything you could need on vacation. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it a great space to share for 2 couples. The terrace was incredible and had great views of the beach and harbour - it was the perfect space for an evening of wine and good food with some other friends from the wedding. The apartment is in a quiet area of town but still walking distance to many restaurants, bars and the beach. We all highly recommend this apartment to other travelers heading to this area of Portugal!

“Amazing apartment in a beautiful place!” First time in the Algarve and we will most certainly be back! Philippa was a fantastic host and made the whole trip so easy and stress free- great communication, arranged return transfers to the airport and was very accommodating. The apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed in- very clean, modern and had the most spectacular balcony with amazing views over the old town and beach. The apartment was well positioned within the centre of the buzzing town (but far enough away not to be too noisy at night) and everything was accessible within a 5- 10 minute walk making it a very relaxing and simple holiday. The quiet and spacious pool area was a lovely added extra and made the holiday even better. Fantastic time- we shall definitely be back soon!
