“No title could do justice...” No title could do justice to the experience of staying here. Pauline was a great host; helpful, on hand when needed yet unintrusive. She gave local recommendations when asked for and was a breeze to communicate and organise with. It is hard to appreciate a good host until one experiences to the contrary, but we were in very good hands from start to finish. The farmhouse itself is beautiful, quite classically decorated and the rooms are well-appointed. If you're reading this then I'm guessing you want to know whether or not you want to stay here. Here are some things which may help. Highlights (for us): - the gas BBQ & grill on the patio - the incredible view, including sunrise from the balcony. - the location is so peaceful but so connected for when you want (see below). No disturbances. - within hazy-stumbling distance of Xaghra Square (honestly 7, straight-line minutes), Ramla Bay (20) and some really old ancient things (10). - air conditioning - spacious, not just in sleeping capacity but also in living areas i.e. kitchen and living room. It can entertain as many as it can sleep. - Gozo transport is incredibly cheap, efficient and good quality. - the local community are warm, good-humoured and friendly. Some things to be prepared for: - mosquitos will have a go, unless the farmhouse is since equipped with nets, guards or working deterrents. - that's about it. In case it's helpful - we're in our mid-twenties. We saw mostly older families/friends here (and not overrun with tourists in May/June). We found Gozo & Malta neither too quiet nor too hectic, and with plenty of room for either extreme if you so desire. Take a good book for the poolside and go clubbing in La Grotta on Friday night/morning. Gozo is beautiful. You should go. Just leave room for us.

“excellent place to stay” Make sure you look into a good car hire place and explore the island. The farmhouse is a brilliant base to visit all of this island as its pretty central. Lovely beaches close by also an excellent place to just relax in for the day.

“Great apartment” Lots of stairs but lovely apartment with views. Well equipped, modern and clean. Good location. The owner Ritienne and her husband are lovely & very good managers - picked us up from the ferry, gave us a tour of Marsalforn and lots of info. The diving is amazing on Gozo - John at Scuba Kings is great. The bus service is excellent, and a good way to see the island. Recommend Electra for pizza. Coin operated air con is being added to the apartment for the summer.

“Beautiful, luxury apartment with stunning views.” We have just returned from 10 nights in this beautiful apartment. Arriving in Malta we were met at the airport by the owner who drove us to the complex. The apartment is stunning with sea views and all the facilities you will ever need, very quiet and spotlessly clean. The pool is excellent most mornings it was only myself and my husband in the pool. The complex is very central next to the shopping mall and close to plenty bars and restaurants. The ferry to Valleta is under a 10 minute walk from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much we intend to return again next year.

“The Villa and the help of the owner made our holiday perfect” We stayed in the Villa with our whole family because of our 40th marriage day. There were 7 adults and two grandchildren of 1 and 3 years. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The house is really big, so everyone can be on his own or together in the splendid living room or even bigger kitchen. Everything was there, we only missed a mixer to make whipped cream, but I am sure the owner has already brought that in order. The two swimmingpools were great and because of the high temperature (29'0 it was great. The outside pool is really large! You can swim in it for exercise and make a lot of fun! I could go on, but please find out yourself! It is really worth the money you spend!

“Flat with the best view in the world!!” We loved our stay here and never tired of gazing out over the harbour. The flat was great and very well equipped. There were plenty of blankets and a gas heater which was necessary as the nights can be chilly in January and February. Neville and his assistant were great and dealt with every request and enquiry quickly and efficiently. Neville arranged to have us picked up from the airport and we were met at the apartment and shown how everything worked. The bus stops are directly outside and you can get anywhere on the island. There is an excellent Coffee Shop and cafe on the far corner of the harbour, fantastic food and coffee. There is also a kiosk selling fruit and veg next to the cafe. This is a fantastic place for a short or long term stay.

“Top Apartment - would recommend to anyone” We couldn't fault this apartment, we were met by the owner, Richard, he is charming and friendly and was very helpful and he gave us loads of useful information. The apartment itself is very spacious, light and airy and spotlessly clean, it's very prettily furnished and equipped with everything you need and it's in a great position - not only centrally located for restaurants and bay area but it also has a great open view of the cliffs and sea. It has a lovely furnished balcony which we used for watching the town wake up while we had breakfast and I sat there drinking wine and listening to Richards cds while getting ready to go out in the evening - what a great holiday : ) Should also say the price is great too, it was cheaper than a lot of places we have stayed and one of the best.

“Beautiful apartment, everything you would want and more!” Such a lovely apartment very spacious and furnished to a very high standard. The owners are very helpful but I must admit we didn't need to contact them once we had been shown around, everything you could possibly want is already in the apartment. Qawra is a lovely quiet resort with many nice bars and places to eat. An excellent nearby bus service to other resorts and many trips available easily booked locally. I have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful apartment and will definitely be staying again in the future.
