'DA SARA' B & B TWO ROOMS pisa and orange is located in an apartment owned by the first floor, belonging to a noble building. The area turns out to be quiet, albeit well-connected to the means of transport; it is about 10 minutes walk from the metro C and 15 minutes from the center of the capital 10 minutes of roma.ea University of Tor Vergata and General Hospital Tor Vergata of Rome. The district is well connected to several parks and shopping centers, where it presented the desire for a little 'entertainment. Seats available from 2 to 4 people. We speak English, Polish, Arabic, French and Spanish. The room where you will stay is comfortable and bright; in excellent condition, recent maintenance dates. Guests will have access to the room, sanitation and available the refrigerator to store food and drinks and internet (Wi-Fi); as the bathroom and kitchen are shared, it requires a reasonable compliance with the rules of coexistence. At Tourists do not need to carry large suitcases because the place is everything you need (soap, towels, shampoo, bed linen and towels included for each guest). I will be pleased to welcome you and give you useful tips to better enjoy your stay in Rome, always available for a chat, to learn and to drink coffee together; while maintaining a discreet profile and totally unobtrusive. In return it requires courtesy and propriety. Finally, if you were not at home, I remember, you can always contact me by phone for every need during your stay in Rome.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Malgorzata (the owner) a message.

If Malgorzata (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
