The apartment is located in the Aurelio district, in a quiet area, served by each business (restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, banks and post offices, pharmacies) in the vicinity are available to large public parks are ideal for outdoor activities' open air. It is 200 mt. from metro station A Cornelia station, from the terminus of urban and suburban bus and 50 mt. from the bus stop to reach the city center within minutes. Easily reach the hospital Policlinico Gemelli, IDI and the St. Charles Convention Center Ergife and the police academy. The newly renovated apartment comprises a double bedroom, a large triple room (double bed with single bed) kitchen and bathroom with shower, for younger guests there is available a cot and a comfortable stroller . The floors are parquet, heating is autonomous. Customers can use the free wi-fi, washing machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, toaster, microwave and hi fi system with CD player.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Pietro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
