Priscilla offers you the opportunity to stay in a lovely 8-berth caravan in a stunning location right next to the golf course overlooking the Firth of Forth at Seton Sands, East Lothian, 30 min. car drive east of Edinburgh.

Enjoy the beautiful beaches of East Lothian or the contrasting bright lights of Edinburgh.

Why not treat yourself and get away from it all...... ?!! :-)

Priscilla has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a fold-out double bed in the main living area, so sleeps eight in total.

There are two bathrooms with one shower.

There is decking with fantastic views over the village to the Firth of Forth and beyond.

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome.

Priscilla loves company, so if you have some holiday time this year with nothing booked in yet, go and visit her at Seton Sands.

There are three steps up the the front door at the side of Priscilla and there are three steps up to the decking at the front of Priscilla.

You can access the decking directly from outside through a locked gate or through double glass doors directly from the lounge. There are two outdoor chairs and two tables provided on the decking.

All kitchen appliances are included, including oven and microwave. Washing machines and dryers can be used separately down at the launderette, next to the mini market store.

Duvets and pillows and bed linen are provided, but please note that towels are not - so please remember to bring your own.

No hen or stag weekends allowed, and no groups of 5 or more allowed between the ages of 18 and 30.
Seton Sands is a family holiday village so no such groups with the intent of 'partying' are allowed on the site. Roaming security guards will ask such groups to leave.
Please consider other caravans around you, and keep noise to a minimum from 9pm onwards.

Please note that dogs are allowed to stay and not cats, or other pets that roam free and may cause damage to the interior of Priscilla.

Why can't I call Dianne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dianne (the owner) a message.

If Dianne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
