Marta Guest House is a renovated apartment this year and consists of a double room with possibility of extra bed and another double bedroom also with the possibility of a single bed, a large kitchen equipped and bathroom. It is located in a very quiet complex built in the early 1900 's and is well connected, 300 meters there is the underground king of Rome, which will allow you to reach any historic site of the capital.

Rome is enjoying a vacation home located in the prestigious St. John, the property is located close to the capital's most visited monuments: the Colosseum, St. John's Basilica, the Baths of Caracalla, the Roman Forum, Vatican and so on ... Near the hotel there are supermarkets, shops of all kinds, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, and dry cleaners within 100 meters. The holiday house is located in a quiet complex built in the early 1900 's and consists of two double bedrooms with LCD TV, desk, two armchairs, two wardrobes and air conditioning and a large kitchen. At 100 meters there is the subway station (King of Rome) that will allow you to reach in five minutes every important monument of the capital, the taxi station is just 30 meters "then we are very close to the stat. Rome Termini. To reach us from Leonardo da Vinci will find the train that takes you to 500 meters away.

the apartment it's the same of pictures and there aren't mold inside... perhaps the review has been conditioned by the demand of the visit of the local police for a routine check and he refused access to the apartment, at check out told me that everything had gone well and have no problems, but the only problem He had been to visit the local police and probably sparked a bad review. The cost of the private taxi is definitely different from the public taxi and then it was not specified by the arrival airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Michela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
