Guests at CLIFTON COURT enjoy full and exclusive access to the indoor heated swimming pool, conveniently located in an adjacent building. Easy access to the beach below adds to the allure, providing an opportunity for seaside strolls and relaxation by the water's edge.

The nearby village of Croyde, just around the corner, offers a charming complement to your coastal retreat. Thatched pubs serving great food, surf clothing shops, a grocery store, surf hire facilities, and a Post Office are all within easy reach, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Visitor and all guests are responsible for their own safety whilst using the swimming pool, as it is unattended and the Owner does not provide a lifeguard. Children aged under 16's and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
