Recently refurbished Nov 2017 to a very high standard with Victorian features and sympathetically restored. The accommodation stretches over 5 floors and is now available for group bookings and can sleep up to 24 guests. Spacious lounge with a modern comfortable seating area. Modern fitted kitchen with commercial oven ideal for group catering needs. Dining room with bespoke oak table to comfortably seat 18 leading out to an outdoor decked smoking area. There are 9 spacious bedrooms over 5 floors with double and single bed options. In addition there are 9 Bathrooms of which 7 are en- suite. Car parking on the drive for up to 8 cars and a location close to Bath City centre (1.5k). The numerical keypad means no need for a front door key. On arrival your party will receive a unique 4 digit entrance code. Need help during your stay, the owner and manager live next door if you require immediate assistance. Newbridge has been specificity designed to comfortably accommodate a group be it a Hen party, corporate , reunion or a large family gathering.

“Perfect place to stay!”

I booked this house for a weekend hen do with 19 guests and we had the best time! It was absolutely perfect with more than enough room for us all, and the location is great - we walked into the city centre in half an hour with detours to the Royal Crescent and Victoria Park. Mike was a great host and answered any queries we had quickly, the house was very clean and well supplied.

Absolutely amazing house where Mike has thought of absolutely everything. The house was perfect for a group of 15 women with everything you need from plentiful bathrooms, to the fine details like ice in the freezer and fresh flowers. The house made our weekend amazing and was excellent value for money!

We had a wonderful weekend in Bath using this great property as our base. We had a reunion of university friends and had 5 kids and 14 adults in our party - all comfortably accommodated. Highly recommended!

I rented this property for the weekend for my friends hen party. We had the most amazing time! The accommodation was beyond perfect. Every room was clean and spacious, and there were more bathrooms and mirrors than a big group of ladies could ever need. It was great to be able to cook for lots of people and for us to all eat together at the huge dining table. The kitchen served as the perfect bar, and the ladies were so happy with their bedroom choices. Was a great help that there was a coffee place and small shop around the corner, parking for plenty of cars, and that the town center was a short 10 minute (max!) drive away. I can’t thank the owner enough for being so accommodating (with a late check out and greeting us on arrival), and kind. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

This house was perfect for my hen weekend. 20 of us stayed and there was plenty of space. The house was spotless when we arrived and fresh flowers were placed in the dining room and hallway which was a lovely touch. The house was in a great location, only a 25 minute walk from the centre of Bath and only a short taxi journey. The house was opened via a code which made is really easy for everyone to come and go from the house as they pleased. The dining room was a squeeze for 21 of us but we managed fine as we all knew each other. It would comfortably fit 18. We had a caterer come and cook for us on the Saturday night which the host recommended and the food was amazing. The driveway was large and we managed to fit 7 cars on without really trying. All in all, a lovely house and perfect for our weekend! Thanks Mike!

We have just got home after the most wonderful hen weekend spent at Newbridge House. The standards and comfort, decor and location of the house were beyond compare and we have all gone home with house envy! I would also like to say what a star Mike is, from day on which was now a year ago right up until we left yesterday he has been brilliant, my emails were answered by him sometimes within minutes and definitely within 2 hours which I consider very impressive. Can't wait to go back. Thank you

Wonderful bright house, plenty of room with comfortable bedrooms. We were a large family group celebrating Christmas together, having travelled from North Yorkshire, Cambridge, West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. The dining room seated all 17 of us, and was a lovely room for dining and playing games. There was an amazing park nearby, which helped with entertaining three excited children, Bath is a beautiful town, but Christmas wasn't the right time to see all the sights, so hopefully another visit to Bath in the future.

Well, what can I say... absolutely amazing house! There were 24 of us altogether and I was a bit worried we would all be a bit on top of each other. I needn't have worried, the house was plenty big enough with each bedroom having access to their own bathroom! Fantastic location.. we were able to walk into the centre of Bath within about 20 minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to book again, I'd recommend it to anybody.

I have stayed here twice now and both times have been wonderful. The facilities are great. It is only a 20 minute walk into town and taxi service is brilliant if you are here for a night out. This particular stay was for my best friend's hen weekend and she absolutely loved it. The whole party commented on how beautiful the accommodation was.
