This splendid cottage is situated near Moretonhampstead on Dartmoor and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Butterdon Barn is a wonderful detached cottage in the foothills of Dartmoor near Moretonhampstead. The cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms, a double (which can convert to twin) with en suite bathroom, and a twin (which can convert to double) with en suite shower room. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with sitting area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a hot tub, south-west facing patio and enclosed private lawn garden. Just over a mile from Moretonhampstead, Butterdon Barn is a smart base for enjoying Dartmoor and Devons countryside.

Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off road parking for four cars. Enclosed garden with barbecue, hot tub. Two well-behaved for welcome charge for second dog, Sorry no smoking. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly.

Town: A picturesque town at the northern point of Dartmoor National Park in Devon, Chagford is small in size but is packed with amenities and things to do. There is a wide range of shops as well as four pubs. Chagford also has more active facilities such as public tennis court and an open-air swimming pool to enjoy at your leisure.
