In Sempione Fiera Zone (FIERAMILANO CITY, CITYLIFE) Central and well served through the historic center, STADIUM SAN SIRO; RHO EXPO, FURNITURE FAIR, Malpensa. Holiday SHORT TERM MINI-APARTMENT with SINGLE ROOM, BATHROOM, kitchen-living room. Bed, cabinet, desk, refrigerator, TV, FREE WI_FI, AIR CONDITIONING .. Bright and silent, on the seventh floor (two elevators) ANY TERM DEFINITION AND DIFFERENT FROM LEASE TOURIST / ACCOMMODATION AND 'STATE INSERTED FROM THE SITE WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. The apartment has just been refurbished, it is cozy, comfortable and equipped with every comfort (fridge, TV, coffee, kettle, WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING, universal sockets) The guests will enter the apartment through a common entrance with another apartment-guests (the Stars apartment). The apartments are totally separate and independent between them, even if connected. The owners are on the same floor and are therefore present for check-in and check-out and available peer any information or request. If you smoke I would be grateful if you did it on the kitchen balcony, then in order to avoid creating trouble for future non-smokers. Upon check-in you will be required documents and a few signature to carry out bureaucratic obligations and Public Security, in addition to payment of the Tourist Tax payable to the City of Milan (3 euro per night per person) The apartment is very nice and cozy with furnishings cured and antique furniture. The area is pleasant and safe, close to the center, but outside the restricted traffic circle, very well served by public transport. The apartment is located opposite the railway station / underground railway Domodossola (leading with only one stop in 2 min in Cadorna, node of all subway lines in the city) and a short walk from the stop of the Malpensa Express; to 600 m. from Fiera Milano City. Metro Lille, always Domodossola stop, trams and buses under the house in different directions. Here you are just 400 meters from Fiera Milano City and 4/5 metro stops from RHO FAIR, but in the heart of Milan's nightlife with its restaurants and bars. A perfect combination of work and pleasure. Guests are engaged 2 other rooms, besides this: 1 Double with shared bathroom Double with 1 Double (or twin) with shared bathroom with the Double E to use the kitchen for breakfast (it is not allowed to prepare and other meals, but the area is full of restaurants and bars of all kinds). Rules to Know: Smoking allowed only in EZONE that you report Pets not allowed (THERE ARE TWO CATS. CAUTION IN CASE OF ALLERGIES!) Forbidden to organize parties / events may not be safe or suitable for children aged 0 to 12 years Time of check- in: 12:00 to 19:00. - Use of kitchen-Den, except for breakfast, and except for different and specific arrangements to be assessed during the stay (and only in case of stays longer than a week) is not allowed to prepare and serve meals. - I love CHILDREN (and usually is mutual), but in this house did not live a long time and so it is not exactly to suit them: the presence of precious and delicate furnishings, on the one hand, and two cats from ' the other, the living room with small children, if not constantly monitored, would be cause for incidents of which only you will have to take responsibility. - DO NOT ALLOW RESERVATIONS BY THIRD PERSON: WHO RUNS THE RESERVATION AND 'THE SAME person staying' - Upon check-in you will be asked: - your identity DOCUMENTS for compulsory registration with the Public Security Authority - the payment of TAX compulsorily required by the City of Milan (2 Euros per person per day) and a few signature. - According to the formula an accommodation Tourist, we are not provided services, such as room cleaning, change of linen, meals. You can use the kitchen to prepare your own breakfast, using kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and all that is needed). - EVERY WORD FROM DIFFERENT LOCATION TOURIST AND CAV, 'it WAS POSSIBLY ON THE SITE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
