Description

Nice flat in the best area of Milan, right in the heart of the city close to corso Buenos Aires famous shopping street.

It is ideally situated for easy access to all the main tourist attractions in Milan:

Duomo, Piazza San Babila, Via Montenapoleone (Fashion District) the Art District (Brera),museums, big park "Giardini di Porta Venezia" where is possible to make healthy jogging and walk during all seasons and also bike rent available for a really cheap price just out the park door.

All kind of shops, restaurants, banks and pharmacies are really close to the apartment.

It is within walking distance to the Subway (Metro MM1) Porta Venezia. Tram pass by regularly just 30 mt. from the flat door.

(it's a little bit noisy for who has real light sleep)

The area is lively during the day, and for the night many restaurants with italian and international kitchen, fashion bars for aperitif and after hours are walking distance.. The best for people who wants to enjoy Milano by night...

The apartment is totally furnished in modern style.

There is one living room with a bed sofa (single or double), one bedroom with king size bed, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower.

It is full of comforts, tidy, clean, comfortable and bright, completely furnished with bed linen, towels, Full HD TV screen with international satellite channels, fridge, microwaves, kitchenware, kettle tea-boiler, coffee machine, cabinet, table, chairs and High speed internet wireless connection.

Rent includes: linen, towels, electricity, gas, heating, water, wi-fi internet, free use of washing machine.

Cleaning fees: 30 Euro

(cleaning service also available on guest request for 24 euro per day for reservation exceeding 3 days)

The building is provided with concierge and elevator.

It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment.

An additional security deposit of 150 Euro in cash may be required when you check in for reservation exceeding 3 days.

The security deposit is a guarantee against keys loss or small damages and will be returned immediately when you check out.

the guest must follow some few important rules:
- the garbage has to be separated between plastic, paper, glass and non recycle.
- no any party or additional guests are allowed.
- only pets small sizes are allowed. (please ask before to book).
Pls note that a late check in fee of € 35 must be paid in cash between 9.00pm and 11.00pm
From 11.00pm to 1.00am the fee will increase to € 50. For any check in time later than 1.00 am pls ask the availability before to complete the booking process. Thanks

How do damage deposits work?
