120 square meter light private appartment on Etna's hills (Tremestieri Etneo) very close to centre town (Catania). Lots of oxigen, the house lays between see and mountain. Very calm area, relaxing breath of orange blossom in spring and fall. Amazing eruptions views.
Beautiful green view all around reaching the volcano Etna, as athe main view and the coast of Catania. Comfortable kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and bath. washing area, three big balconies.
Find it very close to all junctions destinations east, north, south and west coast, free parking space, perfect for a family or 2 couples. Also 20 min. away from the sea and from the mountain as well.
Up to 7/8 people can be hosted in it.
I rent it furbished for short time stay or booking available for up to 6 months..

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
