PROPERTY

Enter Stables to the rear into the large modern kitchen diner which provides a dual oven/grill, touch sensitive hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. A good supply of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware is supplied along with BBQ tools. A large wooden oval table with bench seating nestles infront of the picture window that over looks the beach.

Lounge with a large LCD TV (surround sound) DVD player, music system and Wifi. A brickwork fireplace houses a modern log burner for those cosy nights in, The lounge provides 2 large brown sofas, a coffee table footstall, 2 tub chairs and French doors opening onto a small terrace seating area for enjoying the wonderful views of Croyde Beach.

Shower room with large walk in shower, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail, wall mounted mirror and purple vanity storage unit.

Bedroom four is located on the ground floor which is great for those with limited mobility. Dressed in white bed linen and a nautical beach hut theme this room has twin beds with freestanding full length mirror, bedside table with reading lamp and wooden wardrobe.

Hallway with boiler cupboard with drying rack and a utility cupboard with a hoover, mop and other essentials. Stairs leading to the 1st floor.

1ST FLOOR

Master bedroom boasts a superkingsize bed with a wonderful beach view! Bedside tables with reading lamps, a small wardrobe, full length mirror and 2 tub chairs for enjoying peaceful moments with your partner overlooking the beach.

Bedroom two has a kingsize bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, full length mirror and hanging hooks. Enjoy lazy mornings in bed with a spectacular view of the beach at your feet!

Bedroom three has twin beds, chest of drawers with TV and a bedside unit with reading lamp.

Family bathroom has a modern white suite comprising of a large corner shower, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail, wall mounted mirror and storage space.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Stables has an impressive private decking area with glass paneling, wooden seating, tables and a brick-built BBQ. Enjoy the lovely landscaped grassed garden and unrivaled views of Croyde beach from every angle. To the rear of the house is a shady area with hanging space for wetsuits and a small outside cupboard that houses the tumble drier. There is an outdoor tap for rinsing off wetsuits and feet.
