Luxury Townhouse with superb Views of Golf Course in the exclusive resort village of Quinta de Encosta Velha, close to many amenities and unspoilt beaches.

The whole house is presented in an as new condition with excellent fittings throughout with granite top kitchen and 2 marble bathrooms and has just been freshly repainted outside. There are 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom ensuite and the family bathroom. Both have a full bath and a shower with screen.

With 3 terraces, there is a private terrace on each floor: living room terrace with BBQ and outdoor dining, a sheltered terrace by the bedrooms, and a private suntrap roof terrace with great sunsets and unrestricted views over the golf course. Just right for a gin and tonic or a beer at the end of the day.

We provide free WiFi, with high speed internet, and satellite TV with many UK channels, not available in many other properties.

Coded access to the best heated pool with restricted entry a few yards of the front door, luxury in exclusive Golf Resort with children's club, spa and tennis courts. There are many diverse activities for non-golfers and families with children. A few minutes drive to superb Salema beach, many other unspoilt beaches in secluded coves, great beach and traditional restaurants. Less than 10 minutes walk or 5 mins drive to Budens with supermarket, traditional bakery and restaurant.

Short drives to historical Lagos with typical cobbled streets and lovely boutiques, ancient harbour of Sagres, walks in National Park and wild Atlantic beaches. Boat from Lagos along the magnificent ochre coastline is recommended.

Our house manager will prepare the house, including bedding and towels prior to your arrival. We can arrange a welcome pack, a cot and a high chair. Your rental fee includes house preparation, linen, exit clean as well as a midstay clean if you stay 2 weeks, or a weekly clean for longer stays. More can be arranged if you wish.

We can put you in touch with our favourite car hire at Faro airport. We will also send you a comprehensive info pack with our latest restaurant list.

The house is very private being raised some 3 meters above the (very quiet) access road

Why can't I call Domi (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Domi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
