“Lovely rural spot with great accomodation” We stayed at Casa dos Avos in August. A car is needed but what we enjoyed was being away from the main tourist resorts in a busy time of the year. The villa is eveything that the owner stated and we loved the peace and tranquility although withing 20 minutes you could be at the coast. We enjoyed travelling in land and sometimes didn't see other vehicles on the roads for many miles. We ate at local restaurants - superb food and good value for money. We would love to return and would definitely recommend satying at the property.
