“5 star all the way” spent a week with my wife and 3 1/2 year old. the property is stunningly finished and superbly located.it is fully fitted to a very high standard with everything you could ask for. the property overview and recommendations booklet prepared by the owner is so comprehensive that you feel you know the area before you get there which is very reassuring for a family with a young child. swimming pool a great asset even in December! you will never be bored with such an array of trips to avail of within easy reach by car.the property is the real deal and one could watch the world go by if you dont want to travel.we certainly will return .a perfct place.
“excellent villa and facilities” lovely clean complex. villa has everything and is modern, clean and spacious. complex was v quiet so we had solo use of shared pool. pool is on small side but lots of sunbathing around the villas.
“JUST PERFECT” An extremely well equipped and very comfortable townhouse with several swimming pools close to the townhouse and the bonus of a rooftop sun terrace. There are also fantastic views over the golf course with the added benefit of preferential green fees (two of us paid 256 euros in total for a package of three rounds including buggy).
We loved the surrounding unspoit countryside with good beaches and restaurants less than 15 minutes away and are already planning to revisit next year .
A great location and a great hoiday.
“Excellent, peaceful and stunning” We had a wonderful time at Casa Roma in April of this year. It is located in the western part of the Algarve, which is a beautiful and unspoiled part of the coastline. The villa is exceptional. Well decorated, comfortable, and spacious, with a moorish architecural uniqueness. I travel considerably for business, and the furnishings were 5 star quality. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. The villa occupies the top of a hill and has forever views down to the ocean, but is only a short five minute drive to the beach in Salema. My wife and I were there with our two children, ages 12 and 6, and everyone had a great time. The villa's pool area is resort quality with plenty of deck space, and fluffy, white, spa-like cushions for the lounge chairs. Nick was very friendly and responsive. He has a local property manager that was available if needed and very friendly too. There is a supermarket about a half mile away, and plenty of great restaurants within easy, short, striking distance. I went down to the resorts gym and spa a few times, which had modern equipment. Recommend digging out the maps and exploring some of the hard to access coves along the coastline west of Salema - you'll enjoy a little hiking along beautiful cliff top paths. Nick also has plenty of suggestions of great excursions nearby in a book at the house. We can't recommend the villa enough and we hope to go back!!
“Fabulous place to stay” Gorgeous villa with lovely clean airy and light bedrooms which open onto the pool. Views of the golf course and very private pool. Ate in local village on the sea or cooked at home and ate on the terrace.
Smell of eucalyptus when you drive into the resort is amazing. Tennis courts good and easy to book.
Can't wait to go again.
“First Class Property, Location and Service” We travelled to this Villa as a group of 4 adults and 5 Children and it was perfect from start to finish. The villa is simply stunning (with great views across the sea), first rate fixtures and fittings and plenty to keep the children and adults entertained for hours.
I can not rate Vicky and the teams helpfulness and attention detail. We reported a small electrical issue which was fixed within 20 minutes ! Even after we left the villa, Vicky was happy to help with another issue.
I really hope to stay here agin in the future.
