Response from the manager
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay and that you were unhappy with how your concerns were handled. It can be common for properties in rural locations to occasionally experience issues with cluster flies. I must say that we haven't received this feedback about this property in the past and the owner has assured us this is an isolated incident but we do recognise that this was not pleasant for you. Whilst we understand that you have been disappointed by the fact no compensation was offered this was due to the unsatisfactory condition the property was left in by your guests. Kind Regards, The Customer Relations Team
