This is a luxurious and elegant villa located in a residential area in northern Albufeira. The main resort amenities are around a 30-40 minute walk away or a few minutes drive.

Internally the villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with twin single beds, a separate shower room and the second bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. Both these bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and private terraces.

The large kitchen is beautifully finished with ample storage cupboards, granite work surfaces and all utensils. Electrical appliances include oven, hob (all electric), micro wave, fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine.

There is a TV in the living room which has double doors leading to a terrace and swimming pool area. The dining area has table and chairs and there is also a dining table and chairs on the outdoor terrace.

The kitchen and living room both access a conservatory with table, 4 chairs and feature fire place.

Stairs lead to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, each with double beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms. One en-suite has a bath with shower over.

There is hot/cold air conditioning throughout and free wi-fi.

Externally the villa has pretty garden areas, a decked terrace to the rear and ample outdoor parking. Access is via electric gates and the grounds are completely walled.

The private swimming pool measures around 10 mts x 4 mts and varies in depth from 0.85 mts to around 2.15 mts.

Travel cots can be provided for an additional 25 Euros each cot.

High chairs can be provided for an additional 10 Euros each chair.

We can also organise private airport transfers or assist with car hire.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
