House consists of 1 suite, 2 bedrooms, seating for 8 people, 50 m2 fenced patio with BBQ.

The 4-storey house is very nice and is tastefully decorated. With capacity for 8 people. Has 1 suite (2 floors), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (1 floor) all with double beds. On the ground floor lounge, kitchen, bathroom, utility machines and fenced terrace.

Finally, basement 50 m2, with office and living room where there are a sofa cama to 2 persons.

The Villa - despite being near the center of Albufeira - is a very quiet area and summer despite the normal heat the house in the Algarve usually keep fresh.

Maritime activities: If you are fan of moments of leisure and fun, offers you a very wide range of activities.

Nightlife: To ensure an end of day so relaxed and fun, you can choose from countless bars, clubs and discos that with busy environments and great music, will surely provide you with memorable moments.

A vivenda - apesar de estar próxima do centro de Albufeira - está numa zona muito sossegada e no verão apesar do calor normal no Algarve a casa costuma manter-se fresca.
