This fascinating 85 square meter apartment is very centrally located in the Trastevere area, close to Campo de Fiori, Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps. The place is rich in restaurants, markets, bars, shops, attractions. American Academy Award winning film director and is on the 2nd floor of a historic building. In February 2019 the bathroom was built with a large concave sink placed on an old restored. In addition the mezzanine is a wardrobe and pleasant design details. The lower floor consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a dining area with table and chairs, an elegant bedroom facing the Vicolo del Cinque with a bathroom. In addition, on the other side, you find a single bedroom with a sofa bed. On the upper floor, there is a single bed and a small bathroom. From the living room you can enjoy a wonderful view of Trastevere with its characteristic districts. The apartment features air conditioning, heating, LCD TV, CD and DVD player, wi-fi internet connection, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, accurate lining. Recently I made a living room with a sofa and tends in delicate colors. An ancient chinese lamp on a wood table. The elegant main bedroom (dedicated to Egon Schiele paintings) has a triple glazed window that is isolated from the street noisy, Trastevere is a vibrant, lively place and the apartment is very central, I would not recommend it for very sensitive people in terms of sleep . The apartment is very central, it is possible to reach by step everything, in any case, in the area, you can find taxis and public transits: bus, tram.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simona (the owner) a message.

If Simona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
