This great apartment is located very centrally in the district of Trastevere, on Via Luigi Santini. The property is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building with elevator. It is comprised of a living room with sofas, dining room, double bedroom, studio with a desk and a computer, modern, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and shower. It features air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, stereo system, washing machine, dishwasher and computer with internet connection. Its modern, high quality design furnishing, together with the high ceilings and parquet floor in all rooms complete this elegant apartment

The area (Trastevere) is one of the nicest of the centre and it's famous for its fascinating ancient streets and the great choice of traditional restaurants and lively cafes. Supermarkets, groceries, open air market are all at close walking distance.

Next to the apartment there's an open-air food market, plenty of supermarkets, gourmet foodstores and one of Rome's greatest street food takeout shop.

For families with kids there's an open-air playground on the square 100 meters from the apartment.

The neighbourhood is very safe. It is convenient for public transportation and you would get very quickly and easily everywhere. It is also pleasant to walk to the main sites of interest, as you would cross many nice places in the ancient centre. From the Gianicolo hill (500 meters from the apartment) you can enjoy a magnificent view of Rome.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Piero (the owner) a message.

If Piero (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
