Lovely, independent apartment of 40 square metres that has been totally restructured and finely furnished. It is located in the historic centre of Rome, in the Monti district, on the ground floor of a building dating back to the Seventeenth-Century, just 400 meters away from the Imperial Forum and the Coliseum. The Monti district, the oldest one in Rome, has maintained its original character thanks to the unchanged dimensions of its streets, houses and squares and is the area where Romans lived 2000 years ago.
The apartment is right in the heart of the city and is easy to reach from Termini train station and the airports. Its convenient location will allow you to reach the most interesting archaeological sites and tourist areas of Rome either on foot in about 5-30 minutes, or by public transport. The “A” and “B” underground stations, bus and taxi stations, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. are at a 3-5 minutes walking distance.
The apartment can host a maximum of 4 people and is very quiet and bright. It is composed by an entrance, a double bedroom (140 cm large), a living room with double sofa-bed (or 2 single beds if you prefer), a fully equipped kitchen corner, a bathroom with tub and a nice courtyard (actually not available for guests).
Wooden beans and the walls showing the typical Roman bricks help adding a special charm to the house.
The apartment has autonomous heating, air conditioning, smart television, washing machine, safety box, electric toaster oven and hairdryer and is provided with bed linen and towels.
The courtyard is a condominium property and is not actually available for guests.
Starting from September 1 2014, Rome city tax is Eur 3,50 per person per day, up to 10 days (except children below 10 years of age).
It is due cash upon arrival.
