Located in the trendy district Prenzlauer Berg, and yet in a quiet location, our 60m²-holiday home: comfortable and modern, you will find everything to make your stay in Berlin enjoyable. Whether you are traveling by car or by public transport: by the convenient location, all interesting sights in the shortest time achievable. We want you to feel comfortable with us! For reservation requests and / or additional questions we are available to you.

The apartment is located in the popular district of Prenzlauer Berg. In the evening you can explore the flair of this lively district. The Kollwitz Platz with its numerous restaurants and pubs can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.

Shops can be found almost on the doorstep. By public transport you are in a few minutes with the many attractions of the capital.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, cooking & eating utensils.

The large living room has a 32 '' - LCD TV with all major TV channels, a stereo and a DVD player. In the apartment you have a free wireless Internet access.

Towels and sheets are included in the rent.

You can with us 2 new trekking bikes with 18 gears for the price of 5, - Euro per day rent.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Holger Theissen (the owner) a message.

If Holger Theissen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
