"Gorgeous, classic and beautiful large house fantastic for a group getaway!"

This was the nicest house we have ever stayed in! I was the first one in and felt quite teary when I did the tour as it was just so lovely. The living room and kitchen are much larger than they appear in the photos and the kitchen was fully kitted out with a nice little touch of an ice drawer in the freezer! The temperature can very in the rooms, the bathrooms were fairly warm, the living areas not so much but it is a grade 2 listed building with original sash windows so that's to be expected. Fantastic location, 2 mins from the spa and a very short stroll to the town centre. Bath has a good variety of shops. It can be noisy so bring earplugs but that's the trade off for such a central spot. 10 of us stayed in the house and we were extremely comfortable. We had a mixture of double and single beds, there are plenty of lovely bathrooms/wet rooms, the sofas are wonderful, there is a good music system, large TV and an ice chiller in the living room, I'm not sure you'd even need to go out to have a good time! Jette was very helpful with our requests and always responded promptly to any emails or texts. We all absolutely loved it and had a brilliant weekend :-)

What a lovely review! We are really proud of the Townhouse, so it's great when others feel the same! With regard to the heating - each floor has a thermostat to control the temperatures, the heating is on a timer but is only off at night and for four hours mid-day - so we hope that we have got this right. You can also control the underfloor heating with the thermostatic controls. Being there this autumn - the outside temperature was very warm one day and cold the next, so may explain the variation in temperatures.
Hope to see you all again.
Best wishes

"Nice location, really nice house"

Everything about this house was lovely except...if you want a really quiet night's sleep, you might struggle here. The noise from the street below continued until the wee hours. Also, for the pri… More

Many thanks for your review. As self catering holiday accommodation we do provide a starter pack to get you started. This includes 2 x toilet rolls per bathroom - which we do feel is more than adequate for most groups.
The property is in the city centre of Bath - a great location - but obviously there is going to be traffic noise and people passing by. However there are no pubs or clubs near this property.

"Great house, decor and style is really impressive and it's in a great location"

I stayed in Bath Townhouse with a group of friends for the weekend and we had a really great time. Kitchen is kitted out with everything that you would need (few more tea towels would be good) and plenty of glasses which is always helpful with a big group.

All the bathrooms and and bedrooms were good sizes and really nicely styled, everyone was really impressed with the house. We had caterer one night and they said it was the best house they'd been to in Bath!

I would definitely stay here again.

"The perfect venue to get together for a social gathering in luxury and in a great location"

Bath Townhouse 14 has been beautifully renovated to create a perfect venue for a get together with either family or friends. . It is superbly equipped and the attention to detail is amazing.
All the furniture and fittings are of a very high standard.
The house is spacious and the silting room and kitchen area are ideal for a social gathering.

"Terrific Town house!!!"

This is the first review I have written. The reason I have taken the time to sit down and write this is I can honestly say it is one of the cleanest and nicest places I have ever stayed. I booked up the town house for my sister's Hen party as there was a large group of us I thought it would be nice to all stay together rather than be split up in hotel rooms. The house had plenty of bathrooms even for 14 women. They were the shiniest bathrooms I have ever seen. You needed sunglasses to brush your teeth! There were no signs of wear and tear that you would expect for a large house being used a lot. We stayed in the first night played some games and the wine fridge in the sitting area got a lot of use. The large sofas were very comfy and again so much space even for a large group. My family as a whole are all very house proud. We all loved the house the decoration was spot on. Modern yet in keeping with the town house feel. Everyone was in awe of the large kitchen. There is a lot of stairs so if you're not the fittest of people don't stay in one of the top floor rooms or do and you will defiantly loose a few pounds by the end of your stay. It's in a great location 5 min walk from pretty much everything. We parked in the Southgate car park that is about 2 min walk we managed it with all our bags. I would highly recommend this accommodation for any sort of trip. We are thinking of renting out both houses for a big family trip next year. We had to rush off on the Sunday and I forgot to write in the guest book. I had a quick look through the comments when we arrived it looks like everyone loved the house as much as we did. Thanks for making our stay a lovely experience.

Thank you so much that is such a lovely review! Do hope you will come back. I shall show it to my lovely cleaner - Magda - who takes such care in keeping the place spotless! Jette & Ashley

"Beautiful Townhouse in the Centre of Bath"

We stayed at Bath Townhouse14 for my friend's hen do after leaving Bath University 4 years ago and enjoyed every single moment. All of the 14 guests was impressed by the house and its central location. The rooms were fantastic (stylist, comfortable and clean) and having 4 bathrooms was great for a large group although there was competition for the amazing bath.

We particularly loved the lounge and the kitchen areas where we had a great champagne tasting. Both are set up extremely well for large groups with the comfy sofas, large fridge (that everyone wanted in their own house) and separate wine fridge.

It wouldn't have been the same weekend without this great property and the overall experience made organising the weekend a lot easier - highly recommended

Thank you so much for your lovely review! It is a special place and we are so pleased that you all had a good time there. Hope you can come and stay with us again soon! Jette

"Wonderful Hen party weekend"

A total of 15 of us stayed at this wonderful townhouse for my daughter's hen weekend. The house was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The copper bath was a delightful luxury. All bedrooms were individually decorated to a very high standard and the amazing sofas were a hit with everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and left nothing lacking. The central location was great for our planned activities and the railway station. Although I was entirely happy with the description and photos of the house I had seen prior to our visit, the reality of it once we arrived superceded even this. We all had a wonderful time and would return in an instant. Thank you so much.

Thank you Wendy for your lovely review - much appreciated. We are so pleased with our new property and so happy that everyone loves it as much as we do!! See you again.

"If I could live there forever I would"

This house is stunning. We stayed for my sister's hen do and it could not have been more perfect for our needs. As we were a big group we had the 8 too which worked perfectly. The house has been finished to an incredibly high standard and having key codes not keys worked well as it meant people could come and go as they wanted. The decor is very in keeping with the building yet with a modern twist. We were a large group and the kitchen was plenty big enough for us all. The bath tub was worth the stay alone.

Thank you so much for your review and kind words. So glad you liked it we are very proud of it! The bathroom is my favourite room too!
See you again,
Jette & Ashley
