A relaxing lounge and warm period kitchen of this old converted Georgian shop provides lots of space and comfort for guests. The super king size beds that can be unzipped to form single beds are all dressed in Egyptian cotton linen.

“Fantastic property in a great location.” The property was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. It was seconds away from a convenience store and a few minutes walk to the centre of town. Booking the property was so easy, the company were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Would definately stay here again or in one of their other properties. A very pleasant booking experience and a great stay in Bath.

“A fantastic house with character ideal for groups of 8.” We stayed for a friends hen weekend and had a great time. Gravitas house is clean, modern, contains everything you need and has very comfortable beds. The location if the house is within walking distance of the town centre where you can use the excellent Thermae spa. We would highly recommend staying at Gravitas house. Hana and Marcus were very friendly, helpful and organised. Brilliant!

“fabulous Bath HQ” Great house, well appointed and located. Enjoyed a fantastic tour with Thomas Tours, Cross Bath Spa and great food in nearby gastropubs. Even the rain and power cuts failed to dampen our spirits. House in walking distance of town centre so no need for taxi's. Cava in fridge lovely touch.

“Well located and ideal for groups” Just returned from Bath and a stay in Gravitas House, there were 10 of us staying in the property as we were on a stag do although it was a fairly relaxed one with us all being well into our thirties! The property suited our needs perfectly, the beds were all separated and a couple of extras added to enable us to get 10 in the house and the facilities were clean and tidy. It's well located with the town a five minute walk away, having a parking permit was appreciated as the on street free parking is a bit of a walk away. The house is equipped with everything you could think of in terms of crockery, glasses, utensils and the TV, DVD and iPod dock were useful. Although we were on a stag do I'd recommend this for any group of travellers wanting somewhere nice to stay in Bath, the decor is good and it's all modern and nicely maintained. Hana was really helpful when I was booking the place and the booking was all really smooth and straight forward, everything went to plan for arrival and departure and Hana was also helpful with a few tips and a bit of information about Bath.

“Beautiful and well located property in lovely area of Bath” Hana and Marcus, the owners, were fantastic from start to finish in terms of being on hand to answer queries in the lead up to our viist, during our time at the house with their hints and tips and greatly appreciated was Marcus being patient for our arrival to greet us with the key etc. The house was nicely styled, very well equipped and had a lovely feel to it. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect - a nice short walk into Bath and in a lovely area with great pubs, restaurants all close by. I would definately recommend this property.

“Perfect base for visit to Bath” A lovely house, well renovated (as a vegetarian, I blocked my mind to the fact it was once a butcher's!) with nicely decorated, spacious rooms. Just a few minutes walk from the centre of Bath, so once the car was parked with the included free parking permit, it wasn't needed again until we left. Hana and Marcus were on hand to help with any problems - we had difficulty getting the heating to work, but a call to Marcus resulted in him coming within 10 mins to sort it out. Slightly pricey at weekends, but we went midweek and had two nights for the price of one, and anyway, split between 8 it is still better value than a hotel or B&B. Only one bathroom, but there are two other separate toilets. We will definitely return!

“Great place to stay, would recommend” We stayed here with friends for a weekend away. The owners were extremely helpful in the run up to our stay by quickly answering emails/questions and even arranged spa vouchers at reduced price. We were met on arrival and Marcus who kindly helped us with our bags when we couldn't park directly outside the house. The property was very clean and tidy inside as well as comfortable. We loved it. Although there are four bedrooms and only one proper bathroom, there are toilets on each floor there is a bedroom, which helps a lot. Wine left in the fridge for us was a lovely touch and there are two shops just around the corner for any other bits you need. The house was a little further out of the main town than I imagined (and it was an upbank walk to get back) but it was still only a 10-15 minute walk. We didn't find it very practical having the kitchen on the floor below the living room (and down awkward stairs) but the owners have done a great job of making the most out of the space they have in the house. Shame there wasn't mini toiletries for everyone to take away instead of one set of big ones but that's just being picky. The only big negative point would be the noise from the main road. The road outside the house seemed to be busy at all times of day and you could hear delivery vans coming early in the morning. The problem is probably the lack of double glazing on the windows but we understand there is probably a restriction on what can be done to period properties in that part of town. Overall, a great stay in a lovely property in a very nice city.

“Great accomodation and fantastic staff” I booked the accomodation for a reunion of old mates and every single person commented on what a great place it was. The accomodation is in a brilliant location - close to local ameneties but nicely tucked away to give you privacy and peace and quiet. It's well equiped, nicely finished, really comfortable and all in all a fantastic place to stay. The staff are warm, welcoming and really helpful which did nothing but add to the ease of organising to reunionand make the stay even more enjoyable. I would have no hesitation to reccomend to other people and will deffinately keep it in mind for future trips to Bath.

“Lovely quirky house - oodles of charm and comfort” Spacious period property short walk from main town centre. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, with lots of homely touches added by owners. Booking was a pleasure - and Hana and Marcus are very knowledgeable about the area. Particularly appreciated warm welcome on collection from railway station. Locally sourced t.oiletaries in bathroom was a bonus! Would definitely stay there again.

“Stunning boutique style week away-close to the centre of Bath” Stayed here with friends for sister in laws hen party. Greeted by lovely owners and a nice unexpected bottle of bubbly on arrival! Big hot shower to relax, followed by gastro dinner in nearby pub Chequers-50mts away!! The following day we did a fitness class in park (free for hen!!), then 2 hours in the Thermae Bath spa rooftop pool hot waters-amazing!! (free for hen too!!) A beautiful Georgian but contemporary house rental near to the main Bath sites, and the bars, restaurants and shops too!! 10/10!!
