This apartment is situated in the basement of a Victorian villa in the conservation area of Oldfeld Park, Bath.

Bath View Two has its own private entrance opening into the stylish lounge and kitchen area. Have a night in and watch the latest programmes on the 32” wall mounted, flat screen TV – or watch a DVD from the in-house collection. Perhaps listen to you own music on our Mp3 player, just plug it in to the Pure docking station. The lounge has a comfortable arm chair and a cosy, snuggle chair for those romantic moments! A stainless steel and wood fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools and bright glass, splash-backs is fully equipped whether you just want to warm up some croissants for breakfast or prepare a culinary delight for two! There is a single oven with grill, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

The wet room is tiled in black and white Italian wave effect tiles giving a retro feel. Underfloor heating will keep your toes nice and warm and the walk in shower will delight with its illuminated shower head! A white, Italian basin completes the modern look.

The bedroom is decorated in muted tones with linen effect, padded wallpaper, original Bath stone fire place and faux snakeskin dressing table and stool. The king size bed has a top quality mattress and white 100% Egyptian cotton duvet and linen. The Skagerak Cutter wall hanger and bedside shelves are Scandinavian classics! Finishing touches are the reindeer skin rug and black and white photographs of British Icons.

Throughout, the apartment has oak flooring, electric heating, free wifi and wood, cream blinds for privacy. Egyptian cotton bedding and towels are provided. Parking is available just outside the apartment.

A welcome pack of tea,coffee,sugar, milk is provided. Plus dishwasher powder, washing up liquid, washing powder.
Owners live above the flat and are available to provide any helpful information.

Conditions

Confirmation: We require 50% of the total balance as a confirmation deposit. The balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival, no reminders will be sent. Please note that we will charge 2% for any payment made by credit card. Debit card, or bank transfer do not incur any additional charge. We do not accept American Express cards

Cancellation: We need 14 days written notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is given we will charge your credit card in full. If however, the apartment is relet to another customer we will charge for the shortfall only. Every reasonable effort is made to re-let the apartment in the event of a short notice cancellation.

Check in/out times: The apartment is available from 5pm on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.

The apartment is not cleaned during your stay. Should you wish for any extra services, cleaning, etc then please ask us in advance of your stay. Extra cleaning, change of linen etc is available at extra charge.

The apartment offers one free parking space off road. There is additional parking for one car at an extra cost.

“Nice place to stay while in Bath” I booked a weekend at Bath View Two and found it to be a lovely clean apartment which was ideal for our stay. The apartment is well designed and each room has been decorated with nice finishing touches. I also loved how the kitchen is well stocked with every piece of cutlery, tableware, cooking accessories and appliance you would possibly need during any length of stay! I found every aspect of this apartment was well thought out from the furnishings to the entry keypad which makes is easy to get in an out without having to collect and carrying keys around. When I needed help (an embrassing brain freeze moment on my part with the keypad) I was able to contact Jette on the phone and she patiently helped resolve the issue quickly. Both myself and my husband loved staying at Bath View Two which is a wonderfully cosy and welcoming apartment especially after a long day in the cold and rain! We would definitely book another stay here if we come back to Bath. Response: So glad you had a good time in our apartment. We have tried to think of everything you may need on a short stay! “Really lovely apartment, with everything you need.” We've just returned from a great weekend at Bath View Two. We arrived late at night and were relieved to find our parking space was right outside and the apartment was already for us. It's got everything you need including nice extras like DVDs and an iPod station. The kitchen was well equipped so we could make a good meal rather than needing to eat out all the time (watch the very sensitive smoke alarms though!) I'd definitely stay here again. It's a bit of a schlep up the hill if you're walking back from town but it was only a fiver in a taxi when we couldn't be bothered. The only that would have been nice but wasn't provided was some milk in the fridge when we arrived - #ultrapicky Thanks Bath View Two, we'll be back.

“Perfect, Exactly as advertised and pictured!” Stayed in Bath View Two with my mum for 3 nights whilst visiting the Christmas Markets. The apartment is beautiful, modern and cosy and within 10 mins walking distance from the centre of Bath. It really was home from home and we had everything we needed. There are shops close by for groceries and good take away restaurants and a nice bar supper pub called The Bear. If we ever visit Bath again we will definitely look to book this lovely apartment. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and on hand for advice and tips. Response: So pleased you enjoyed your stay. Glad you found the Bear - it's a great local. “Quality of a high standard” We were very impressed with the accommodation, it was of a very high standard and very comfortable. The booking system was great and by having a coded lock to get into the apartment we were able to get straight in and start to relax. “Stylish, comfortable, cosy apartment for two!” A perfect holiday apartment. Beautifully furnished and equipped, extremely clean and welcoming. Easy walk downhill to town centre. Would definitely stay again!

“Great little city apartment in picturesque Bath” If you're looking for a comfortable, modern and cosy place for a couple then this place is fantastic. Lovely location about 10-15 minute walk from centre up a hill but that works off some of the great food of Bath.

“Lovely apartment, very convenient location.” We were in Bath for a short honeymoon break and had a great time. The Bath View Two apartment was a lovely place to stay, decorated to a high standard, good kitchen facilities, a very comfy bed, a nice lounge area - although I think my husband would have preferred a bigger sofa! The location of the apartment is very convenient for spending time in Bath as it is only a short stroll into the town centre, so I didn't need to drive at all. It is an uphill walk on the way home but that was not a problem for us. Overall, I would definately recommend the apartment to friends, and would stay again if in Bath.

“Beautiful apartment which we were so lucky to find” This apartment was brand new and had been beautifully furnished and thought out to maximise the space. We were travelling with our daughter and her family who stayed in the larger apartment upstairs and it was perfect to have our own space but to be close by. Super modern, very clean and all the facilities we needed
