“Great location within comfortable walking distance of both old and new town.” Lovely apartment with wonderful sea view . Slightly disappointed with mezzanine sleeping accommodation but sofa bed in lounge was comfortable and easy to use.

“Great Accommodation” We arrived early but the owner was so helpful, The accommodation was first class with everything you could need, The beds were all very comfortable and the views from the bungalow were truly stunning, there was plenty to do only being a short distance from Brighton,Newhaven,etc. We would love to return to The Promenade and would highly recommend it to anyone. “Our relaxing break” We were so lucky to find Portland Place. It was so easy to book and when we got there the place was exactly what we expected. It was clean, spacious with everything that you would need for a relaxing break. We turned up, parked the car, unpacked the bags then went straight out for tea and cakes (i had a beer really).The location was excellent and everything that we wanted to see was all within walking distance. When people do reviews they try and find the negatives, mine was that I had never operated an electric cooker before but with the free WiFi i was able to google the instructions (phew). Highly recommend this place.
