“Well presented, well equipped, an extremely comfortable cottage.” This has to be one of the best holiday homes I have stayed in. The owners have gone to a great deal of trouble to present their guests with a well equipped extemely comfortable cottage having a great deal of room. In particular the downstairs en-suite bedroom is a great asset, if like us, you have an elderly disabled relative on holiday with you. The owners are helpful and on the spot and any small issues that may arise, not that any of any great significance did, are immediately dealt with. Not only is the cottage well equipped but the quality of the furniture and other equipment is excellent and nothing you may need has been forgotten. There are other nice touches such as the homemade cake and jams together with enough basic groceries to make you feel really welcome and able to relax with tea and cake after your journey. The only downside is that the constant traffic noise from the A23 precludes sitting outside, on the well appointed patio, for any length of time. The traffic noise cannot be heard from inside the cottage and this will certainly not stop us from being return vistors.

“LOVELY ALL ROUND” I have a large family and wanted us all to have Christmas together. When i saw the house, I fell in love with it straight away, it was a lovely spacious home, It had everything you needed plus more. I would recommend this home to any body that is looking to book a holiday. The only down fall was, we had to leave....loved the place so much.

“Very clean, lovely area, 10/10” Stayed here due to my holiday to Malaga being cancelled. Was set in a lovely location, close to eveything, van was very tidy and neatly presented. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back again at some point :) thank you both.

“Perfect cottage” Spotlessly clean, with a kitchen better equipped than our own! This cosy cottage is perfect for two, and the host has thought of absolutely everything you could need, with little treats too! Well-positioned for visiting houses and gardens in leafy Sussex, we would love to return.

“Great” Fantastic location, hamper on arrival and place was beautifully clean and tidy ready for us. Layout was as per photos so we already knew who was going where etc. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for quite a few people with kids. We used the high chair and the cot which were great so we didn’t have to bring our own. They even had a nightlight for the kids room. Overall a wonderful holiday and one that won’t be forgotten quickly. Thanks Nikki
