“Superb location with all the facilities” Whitecaps is a well designed detached house located on an eclusive estate. The rooms are excellent, especially the kithen/diner/lounge area with verandah and rooftop areas that overlook a beautiful nature reserve. The sight of cattle, deer, foxes and passing boats is quite superb. The house offers all amenities, with the exception of a washing machine, which might be missed if staying for a fortnight or longer. Hayling Island is small and quite, with excellent walking We were pleased to be able to take 3 dogs at no extra charge, which was a pleasant bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent - and we were made welcome with gifts of a cake, plus treats for the dogs! Overall, it is a place that encourages return visits.

“lovely beach house” we stayed at 262 coast road for a 40th birthday weekend and it was fantastic. wonderful access straight onto the beach which allowed us to make full use of the kayaks each day. Very well equipped kitchen, huge fridge and BBQ which meant we could keep the costs down and enjoy the sunny weather on the deck. lovely touches such as the chocolates and cake made it all the better. friendly neighbours that until you see them going down to the sea, you would hardly know were there. very enjoyable and relaxing weekend, can't wait to stay again

“Very clean, lovely area, 10/10” Stayed here due to my holiday to Malaga being cancelled. Was set in a lovely location, close to eveything, van was very tidy and neatly presented. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back again at some point :) thank you both.

“Excellent accommodation” Have been having a great relaxing week in No 68 Kingsdown Park. Plenty to see and do around the area and the park itself is great - swimming pool, tennis court and crazy golf. Very well kept and not too far from a stony beach and views of the White Cliffs! Chalet 68 is beautiful - well laid out - three bedrooms and upstairs and downstairs bathroom. Living area is very comfortable and kitchen area and chalet is well equipped with everything you could think of for a great stay. Thanks to Steve and Deb for making it such a comfortable place for a holiday - and of course the good weather makes it!!!!
