“Hidden retreat.”

Reviewed 27 Aug 2017

The Burrow is a well-appointed cottage converted from outbuildings. It has an attractive living room, well equipped kitchen and a beautiful miniature garden, all of which compensate for the small double bedroom and shower room. It is on the main street of Newhall Green, a village just north of St Teath and off the B3314 and is accessed by winding narrow lanes so traffic is minimal and mainly agricultural. The area, so near the busy and fashionable north Cornwall coast, is beautifully tranquil and rural, with several well marked walking routes. Add a warm welcome from the owners ( not to mention chocolate cake) and you have a perfect hidden retreat.
