Sleeping ten people in four bedrooms, this spacious detached barn conversion is on a working farm a few miles from Rhayader.Glanyrafon is a spacious welcoming detached barn conversion on a working farm a few miles from Rhayader. It has two family rooms (each with king-size double and single) and two rooms which can be offered either as king-size doubles or as twins. There is a family bathroom. Downstairs is a kitchen with dining area, a utility, and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside is ample off road parking and a front lawned garden with furniture and Jacuzzi. Glanyrafon makes a cosy family base for groups looking to enjoy the mountain biking, walking, market towns and pretty villages of the area.

Rangemaster range with double electric oven, 5-ring gas hob and hot plate, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 6 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed front lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ on request and Jacuzzi hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and restaurants 3 miles, pubs 2 miles. Note: The water is from a private water supply, water pressure can be intermittent. Note: Fly screen available on request. Please note: There is an 11 PM noise curfew at this property. Please note: Grocery shopping deliveries from local supermarkets can be delivered to reception.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: Rhayader is a small Welsh town with a selection of tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and shops, with the added bonus of a leisure centre and regular livestock marts. The annual Royal Welsh Show is just one of the attractions in nearby Builth Wells, where a great variety of exhibitions and sales are held all year round. The beautiful Elan Valley offers a wonderful variety of walks and cycle trails, as well as a visitor centre with cafe and children's play area.
