Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Highly Recommended” Our stay at Number 49, Gower Holiday Village was great, we had a quiet and chilling stay, the property was homely and welcoming though I missed having a radio.
The facilities in the bungalow were great, we had intended to cook most of the time but despite the well appointed kitchen, we ate out a lot, enjoying the meals at the site pub.
We made use of the indoor pool and had great time walking on the local beaches and taking in the panoramic views. The site was very family orientated but never felt over crowded.
Unfortunately our stay at Number 49 was all too short, we have already recommended this place to family and friends and hope to return soon.
“Great Location, stunning views!” My husband and I booked this apartment as a basis to explore South Wales. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, the views from the balcony, the living room and the master bedroom are just stunning. The sea view is always impressive at any time of the sdy, regardless of the weather conditions.
The beach is practically on the doorstep and you can walk for miles on the promenade, enjoying the view towards the Mumbles and the lighthouse. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants and a small supermarket nearby and the town centre is within walking distance. The owner, Jo, was extremely helpful, checking with us twice during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We will definitively come again to see more of this beautiful area.
