Easy walk to beach, Wales Coastal Footpath, hotel and beach restaurant. Peaceful and private.

Large living / dining / kitchen area, with couch converting to double bed, plus bedroom equipped with Superkingsize width bed (6'3" long) or twin beds, and separate shower-room.

Baby high-chair and cot available. No extra charge Changing table. Toys.

Suit couples or family, up to 4 people, for beach or walking holidays.

Lots of walks on doorstep or in easy driving range.

We welcome family's here and no charge for baby's and toddlers.

We normally provide breakfast cereals and tea and coffee but during the Covid period, we are not able to provide any food supplies.

We live here so we are on hand . We like to welcome you to our place, but for any reason we are not here, we give you a code to get in. You have a separate entrance so you are totally independent. This area is wonderful for family time with the Beach only 5 minutes away and great walks , long and short. You can sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sun and you look out on to our garden and the woodlands beyond.

Why can't I call Claire (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Claire (the owner) a message.

If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
