Kath's Cottage, a three bedroom holiday home (one bedroom on ground floor) on purpose built holiday village of just over 100 houses and bungalows available for holiday renting all year round, with heated indoor pool and sauna, tennis courts, table tennis, children play ground, crazy golf, club / bar (with free WiFi), pool table, restaurant and takeaway (Facilities available from March till the end of October, *Facilities Pass charge is applicable ).

Our house is on the quiet side of the village, backing onto farm field's with views towards St Agnes beacon. Includes distant view of sea on a clear day from the upstairs back bedroom.

Please note while the house is available all year round the facilities are currently open from the beginning of march to the end of October.

Perran View is mid way between Perranporth and St Agnes within two miles from each. We are also a 5 mins walk from the North Cornwall coastal path.

Five minutes access by car to the A30, so you are within under an hours car journey to all of Cornwall.

Ideal for family's, walkers surfers and lovers of Cornwall. Also those looking for Poldark country

We provide all bed linen (except for the baby /travel cot) sorry we do not provide Towels, these can be hired from the club reception who will charge for this service.

Sorry we are not able to take dog's or any other pets.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alison (the owner) a message.

    If Alison (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
