GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION - Nr PERRANPORTH + ST AGNES .... Charming holiday complex with lovely facilities here (seasonal) --- on the Perran View Holiday Park nr St Agnes .......

Indoor Swimming Pool + sauna, Children's play area, Wifi avail. in reception building, Tennis, Crazy Golf, Bar + Restaurant, Shop + Launderette, set in lots of gardens and grounds, Basketball / football area.

Reception will make a small charge for facilities + Reception / wifi -- if these are needed ! This is due before your arrival (just £5 per guest)

LOVELY MODERN SPACIOUS HOLIDAY BUNGALOW ---- with Modern Blue Cladding and fresh decor outside .... with Heavy Resin Picnic Bench - Lovely seaside theme throughout, with pictures of local beaches and landmarks.

DUE TO COVID --- some facilities may be limited at certain times -- this is unavoidable as im sure you understand.

This is the perfect location to explore Cornwall, perfect to get out and about exploring Cornwall. We always try to get guests in the mood for their holiday, with lots of information about Cornwall.

THIS IS A CHARMING HOLIDAY COMPLEX ........ set in lots of gardens and grounds, ideal to relax and play. There is a wonderful feeling of space here, and yet it is safe for children. All cars park on the car park

so there is not constant traffic around the site.

The staff here are always lovely and friendly ....... nothing is too much trouble !

This property is a bungalow ..... so ideal for older guests. The front door is standard width, and all internal doors are standard width, so you would need to fold a wheelchair to get through doors. This is NOT a disabled property

This is a family resort, ideal for families and couples. We can not accept bookings for groups of young adults, unless by prior arrangement with the owners.

DOGS ...... we can accept one small dog on occasions. We can only accept certain breeds. We always need to know if you are bringing a dog. We only accept a dog at certain times, and at certain properties. My cleaning co. charge £45 for a dog. PLEASE INFORM US BEFORE IF YOU NEED TO BRING A DOG. We can not always accept a dog, especially if we have guests staying afterwards who have allergies.

We can strictly only accept 1 dog. Please contact us before booking.

TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED --- please bring these.

Just to repeat, facilities are open from March to November. This is also a great place to visit outside these dates, there is still the play area and outdoor table tennis table ( if you bring your own bats etc ) This is a great location with so many local attractions

I will certainly be asking the resort about the seasonal entertainment...... i know that they are offering this for the school holiday weeks ..... so i will check this for other dates. Also i will mention the cushions to my cleaners ...... and ensure they make sure to check all cushions on sofas etc. ........ thanks again i hope you will come and stay again soon xxx

Why can't I call JEFF + JANE (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send JEFF + JANE (the owner) a message.

If JEFF + JANE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
