U kiest voor een onvergetelijk verblijf op ons landgoed. In onze STUDIO voor twee personen, maar ook op aanvraag mogelijkheid in de VRIJSTAANDE VILLA, met privé zwembad voor vier personen (baby) Met de mooiste stranden van de Algarve  slechts op enkele km’s afstand, en op loopafstand van het rustieke dorpje Santo Estavão (Santo Stevo), met zijn middeleeuwse dorpskern. Bij ons geniet U van alles wat de Algarve te bieden heeft, binnen enkele kilometers bereik.  De middeleeuwse vissersstad “Tavira” ;Zee; Golf; Natuur; Bars; Restaurants; Cultuur, en de gemoedelijkheid van de Portugese bevolking, maken van Uw verblijf een van de rijkste ervaringen in Uw leven.  Quinta (landgoed), “Terra dos Calhandros” biedt U de gelegenheid op comfortabele en luxe wijze,  te genieten van Uw rust, en/of van alle mogelijke uitstapjes en vertier in de omgeving.

Wij bieden U een comfortabel ingerichte studio, met een open plan kitchenette, in een ruime huiskamer Tevens een aparte slaapkamer. De slaapkamer is ingericht voor twee volwassenen. Er is een kinderwieg beschikbaar voor baby's, gratis. Wij bieden U een riante badkamer met normale en regendouche. wastafel, toilet en bidet. In de zomermaanden heeft U verkoeling door de  plafondventilatoren, in de huiskamer zowel als de slaapkamer. Mobile huiskamer airco op aanvraag tegen meerprijs.

Helemaal voor U privé in gebruik een heerlijk zwembad, een riant terras op het zuid/westen met BBQ, en uitzicht op het zwembad.

Extra informatie: De eigenaren zullen een Borg van €100 vragen bij aankomst (contant).

    Why can't I call Peter (the owner) before booking?

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

    If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
