Villa 4 STARS **** beautifully located in a wooded property of olive trees, pines, and cork oaks located at the highest point of Lagoa just 4.5 km from the beach of Senhora Da Rocha. Porches is a small village adjoining the fabulous beaches of Benagil, Marinha and Carvoieiro, described as the most beautiful beaches in southern Portugal and located at the foot of the Monchique mountain range. The villa with pool 4 **** is ideally anchored a few minutes drive from the ocean beaches, Senhora Da Rocha, Armaçao Pera, Benagil, Marinha, Albandeira or Carvoieiro. The villa is spacious, comfortable, luminous functional and offers beautiful volumes of life. The villa is very close to the center of Porches village, restaurants, shops and supermarket within 800 meters. Its privileged and calm environment brings you the deserved rest after a dynamic and tonic day spent on the ocean beaches. Located 35 minutes from Faro airport, 15 minutes from Albuféira famous for its night life, 12 minutes from the shopping center of Guia with its 200 shops, 25 minutes from the mountain range of Monchique, 10 minutes from beautiful little port of Ferragudo and the city of Portimao, the Villa is ideal to discover the Algarve. The Villa is also located 4 km from the golf course of Lagoa and within a radius of 20 km from the largest golf courses of the Algarve. the villa contains: a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room / lounge a living room fireplace and sofas a living room consists of a large sofa and 2 armchairs, flat screen TV with USB port and DVD player internet access by WIFI connection a double bedroom with bathroom and WC a master bedroom with beds of 160 x 200 a room with a large bed 160 x 200 a bathroom a toilet The large terrace overlooking the pool and allow you to eat your meals outside in discretion. The entrance to the villa offers a private parking to accommodate more than 3 vehicles. You have the entire property at your disposal. Linens (bedding) and towels are provided. A supplement of € 99 for the end-of-stay cleaning fee is to be expected. You must absolutely discover the beaches of Benagil and Marinha thanks to the rental of pedal boats or Kayak. The town of Armaçao de Para, 5 minutes drive away, offers a nice shopping and dining spot by the ocean. Porches is also located just minutes from the great golf courses of the Algarve, and there are no less than 8 courses within a radius of 20 km. The town of Lagoa is a typical small town in southern Portugal with its winding streets, restaurants, shops and the popular Slide and Splash center. Porches is also ideally located to discover the Algarve with many important cities both by their stories, their cultural heritage, their tourist attractions or their lifestyle.
