my name is Bruna, I'm 50 years old

I rent a big and full of light room,with 2 single bed as u can see on the web pictures,

I live in the house with my son,13 years old, and my cat, 3 years old and sometime with my boyfriend's dog.

I like to share my house with many friends,

My apartment has 2 floor the first floor is for the guests,

they can stay in a separate part of the house,

the kitchen can be used for long staying(one month)

in the area Navigli u could find everything u need to spent a marvellous holiday)

rules of the house,

please use only sleepers 'cose we 've a parquet,

leave the key of your room on the table's room)

the wifi is free,please ask me the password

please don't eat on the bed but use the table,u 've in your room with 2 chairs

u could use the fridge,but please leave it clean=)

u could use the washing machine,it cost 3,50

u could parking in out private road,it cost 5 euro,we live in the center area so outside where there 're the blue line it cost 2,50 for an hour

My house is nearby the marvelous canals named Navigli where a movida milanese spends the nightThe Cathedral - Duomo is far away 2 km from usu can see Leonardo Da Vinci's "The last Supper" if u book 2 weeks in advanceOur house is surrounded by greenery,near our house there are many means of transport,metro is 5 minutes from us90 91 to go to stadio Meazza in 10 minutes47 74also u could find cafè bar pizzerie restaurants,long drinks,we ve a "happy hour "where u can drink and eat in relax supermarket,banks,bakery and many other shopsin our area there 're many museum and u can ve shopping closer to us cose we live in the center)

How do damage deposits work?
