Spacious luxury villa furnished to a high specification in a quiet residential area on the exclusive Reserva da Luz.

The villa is in a stunning elevated setting with breathtaking views to the Atlantic Ocean and the famous 'Black Rock' of Luz.

Super-king Master bedroom, 1 twin and 1 King Size - Bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, are located on the lower poolside level. Along with an additional games room with large flat screen TV, PS2 & table football and an additional table tennis room with pool shower and washroom. Internal and external stairs then lead up to the large open plan fully equipped Kitchen, Dining and Living area where you can enjoy panoramic views.

Double doors lead to the hall and entrance way with an additional Kingsize ensuite bedroom with patio doors leading to the sunny picturesque veranda.

With stunning sea views, relax and enjoy the warm sunshine on the pool terrace and bbq area.

Please Note and respect the fact this is a family home and furnished to a high standard.

Any damage will be deducted for any breakages and an additional charge will be made of up to 100euros for extra cleaning should the villa not be left in a respectable manner.

Please do not allow anyone to sit on the Sitting Room Cream Leather Sofas whilst wearing sun creams and wet clothes as this will discolour the leather and constitute a damage claim. There are throws provided and there is an alternative sitting room with tv downstairs with access straight from the pool.

Pool heating an extra £150 per week July/August, otherwise £250 per week. PLEASE ADVISE AT TIME OF BOOKING if required however in July/Aug we have experienced pool temps of 28degrees without. Please put the electric pool cover on overnight and when not in use as this will retain the heat.

Located on the western outskirts of Praia da Luz where you can enjoy a beautiful coastal walk to Luz centre, approx 20 mins or 3 minutes by car. Luz has a wide safe sandy beach with water sports facilities, restaurants, bars and shopping facilities, Spa and hairdressers.

Boa Vista Golf Luz is your nearest Golf course/resort, however there are many located within 15-30minute drive.

Burgau a small village is about a five-minute drive west from the villa With a lovely beach and more cafes, bars and restaurants. Also on the outskirts is Burgau Sports Centre, an English family run facility with TennisSquash/Padel Courts and gym, hair/nail salon and bar/pool. They also provide classes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
