This converted farm building is in the village of Newby in the Lake District and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Rosegarth Cottage is a tastefully converted farm building set in stunning Cumbrian countryside and is within easy reach of the Lake District, the Northern Pennines and the Scottish borders. It sleeps two people and has one double bedroom complete with en-suite shower over bath. All on one level, the cottage has a lounge which has plenty of character with beamed ceilings and there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining furniture. Outside there is a patio area which has garden furniture provided. There is also private parking for two cars. Located just a short drive from Penrith and all the amenities it offers and with easy access to so many delightful areas to visit in all directions, Rosegarth is the perfect place for two people to enjoy an idyllic getaway all year round.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, waste disposal. TV and DVD, Wi-Fi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc.in rent. Cot and highchair on request. There is private parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 miles. Please note: This property does not accept any bookings shorter than 4 nights.
