Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Edge of Lake District Cottage. Perfect location for exploring and relaxing” Jasmine Cottage is close to Penrith, a nice town with everything you could need on the edge of the Lake District. Perfect location for travelling to lakes and hills close by. Actually in a small village of Eamont Bridge there are countryside walks, castles to explore and good food pubs on the doorstep!
Beautifully renovated and decorated, Jasmine Cottage provides spacious lounge, good sized dining kitchen with everything you need inc microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, two nice sized bedrooms with extremely comfy bed in the double room and a lovely shower room with fab shower! Although on a busy road we couldn’t hear from the cottage and there is a lovely rear garden to relax in.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending Jasmine Cottage. You will not be disappointed!
Thank you Andrew for letting us use your lovely holiday home.
“Beautiful, quirky property in a gorgeous part of the country” We stayed here for three nights just after New Year, and had a wonderful break. I kept the nature of the property a surprise for my wife, who couldn't believe it when we rolled up and discovered we were staying in a restored signal box. The owners have done an astounding job of doing it up. It's beautifully decorated and furnished, with amazing original features and attention to detail. There are lovely pubs a short drive away, and it's just half an hour from Ullswater, but even if you don't want to drive, the surrounding countryside is gorgeous, and the property itself is a wonderful place to relax.
