Built in 2018 this very modern luxury 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached villa was completed in May 2018 and is ideally situated in the exclusive Kiziltas area of Kalkan. It is only a 13 minute walk downhill to the town centre and just 5 mins from the nearest shops and restaurants. Its elevated position affords it amazing sea views from every level level

This stunning villa has an impressive 12 metre infinity pool - 9 metres of which allows a decent length for "proper" swimming for exercise if you have the energy. The remaining 3 metres is shallow water for the little (or not so little!) ones to splash around in. It makes getting on and off if a lilo so much easier too!

The villa is fully air conditioned and has 3 bedrooms - 2 double bedrooms and a twin.

On the first floor there is a double and twin room, both with good size en-suite shower rooms. Each bedroom leads on to the generous balcony where there is a table and chairs - ideal for a morning coffee or a nightcap as you enjoy the glorious views of the bay. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes, plus a built in dressing table complete with hair dryer and vanity mirror which is magnified on one side.

The spacious Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor again has an en-suite shower room, built in wardrobes and dressing table complete with hairdryer and vanity mirror - again magnified on one side. There is also a kettle and Nespresso coffee maker and a small fridge. The bedroom leads out onto a terrace which again has superb sea views plus 2 sun loungers and a sun umbrella.

Downstairs, the open plan living and dining area is large and airy and leads on to the terrace. It has views across the bay. There is a comfortable, generous sofa and an cosy fireplace (should you be visiting in colder weather). The table is extendable and easily seats 6 people.

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/feezer (plenty of room to chill the beers!) washing machine, toaster, Nespresso Coffee machine and water cooler. The safe is also located in the kitchen and is big enough to take ipads, tablets or small laptops.

There is a decent wifi connection throughout the property.

The pool area has 6 sunbeds and an outside dining area perfect for those alfresco meals. There is also a comfortable seating area where you can enjoy a pre dinner drink, or a chat and a coffee at any time of day.

There are two sun umbrellas and plenty of natural shade should you prefer not to bake in the sun all day!

The garden has been planted with citrus trees, hibiscus, oleander and roses plus bougainvillea and jasmine ready to climb up the walls and trellis. There is also a built-in bbq conveniently situated near the dining area and a covered ottoman seating area where you can chill out in the shade.

The garden also features a

khosk - a traditional Turkish seating area. This is the perfect place to have a doze or read a book during the day. It is also fabulous for a pre or post dinner drink in the evening and the low tables are great for a game of cards!

Inspiration for the name of our little piece of paradise came whilst sipping our favourite cocktail in one of the lovely bars along the harbour front in Kalkan! We hope you can enjoy your favorite tipple (alcoholic or otherwise) on one of the terraces, resting by the pool, lounging in the khosk, or in the garden.

Why can't I call Fiona (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
