“Superb” Family of four, 1 week. The villa was exactly as described and great in every aspect. We have been coming to Kalkan for over 10 years and our usual villa was booked. We rate this villa right up there for its space, layout, location, comfort, cleanliness...everything! The owner Julie, was very communicative, prompt and helpful - and a pleasure to deal with.

“Beyond expectations” A superb villa with a view to kill and brilliant facilities. The infinity pool and jacuzzi were great places to sit and reflect. Kalkan is a great family location with plentiful restaurants and the friendliest people. A day on the boats is recommended with the Yildiz seemingly one of the real favourites. All in all - heartily recommended for families and we'll be back.

“One word... Fantastic” We visited the villa as a large family of 12 to celebrate some special birthdays. 21st, 50th and 80th, we wanted somewhere special that would be suitable for all the age groups and Serenity villa 2 exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived at the airport we were all overwhelmed with how helpful and accommodating our transfer driver was providing us with cold bottles of water and cold cloths. The 1hr 30 mins transfer was comfortable and went really quickly (Brave tours). Upon arriving at the villa we were all so gob smacked as to how amazing the view were and how magnificent the living room / kitchen was when we first walked into the villa. The property manager Billy showed us round and answered any questions we had (lovely chap, extremely helpful) and he provided us with a turkish mobile incase we had any questions and delivered water for the water cooler whenever we needed. Every room was immaculate and had an amazing view. The infinity pool, jacuzzi, pool table and ping pong kept all ages occupied during the day and we made use of the fantastic BBQ on some of the evenings. I would recommend booking a boat trip from the harbour, as we were a family of 12 we could hire one exclusively to ourselves (yildiz 2) which was a great day and got to cover ourselves in mud on one of the beaches. All in all we had an amazing holiday and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, we will certainly be revisiting.

“We had a wonderful stay a beautiful villa with stunning views” We stayed at Villa Sea Breeze with a group of friends and it was perfect. The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped to cater for all ages and to give everyone plenty of space. The views are amazing and you never tire of looking out at the bay from the infinity pool. The bar, pool table and table tennis area was ideal to keep the adults and kids equally entertained. One evening we booked a chef to come into the villa and cook for the group which was wonderful and I would thoroughly recommend this. We hope we are able to return to Villa Sea Breeze as was one of our best holidays and the accommodation offering was superb a real home from home.

“Fantastic” Had a wonderful holiday in Kalkan, First time to Turkey and we all found Kalkan a great place. The apartment is exactly as described . The new owner Mavis was very helpful and the view is amazing . Would highly recommend and we are hoping to book again for next year. The walk in to town is a lovely 15 minute stroll but ladies dont bother taking anything other than flat shoes as it is just a rocky walkway . Highly recommended for a fantastic holiday.

“Truly Wonderful Villa” As a family of four we have been to Kalkan on a number of occasions and this ranked right up there with the best. Very well located with fantastic views right down to the harbour, this great villa was everything we wanted and more!!! The owners were very helpful in the lead up to our visit and nothing was too much trouble whilst we were there. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday in this most wonderful location

“Perfect in every way!” Now we are home and settled, I wanted to write to tell you what a wonderful holiday we have had. We spent 16 nights in your apartment and still wanted longer! Kalkan is a wonderful place which we will definitely be visiting again and your apartment is ideally located - even with the hill!! As soon as we arrived, I found my favourite place upon the upper terrace and spent many evenings looking out across the bay. The pools were ideally situated and perfect for cooling off in; they often felt like our own private pools as it was very quiet. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and cleaned regularly during our stay. We hope to be able to visit again soon. Nicki
