“Fantastic apartment with amazing views” Situated in beautiful spot just minutes from Kalkan town centre this is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. We had nine glorious days in this delightful apartment, which the owner Mavis has kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has a generously sized balcony overlooking the sea and Kalkan harbour. One of our great pleasures was to sit on there of an evening with a glass of chilled wine and watch the boats return to the harbour as the sun went down.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Manzarali and would definitely go back. Thankyou!
“Lovely apartment - fabulous location” We stayed in 'Kalkan Breeze' for a week with our 3 teenage chlidren and couldn't have asked for a better holiday. The apartment is beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable and has the most spectacular view across the bay towards Kalkan town. Caroline's pre-holiday info was really helpful and her Information Book in the apartment explains everything very clearly with all relevant info included.
We used the pool every day - hardly anyone there so most of the time we had it to ourselves. We did meet the other tenants in the apartment block, all very friendly and it was good to exchange where to eat/where to visit etc.
The nearest beach is Palm Beach Club where you can hire sunbeds and the cafe there serves good food; the staff are all exceptionally friendly and the water is clear blue and warm. Heaven! There is a diving platform and a trampoline anchored about 100 yards out which provides a bit of interest.
We ate out on a few occasions. There is certainly no shortage of good places to eat. Would recommend Sofra's and Authentic for excellent food and service, and Fener Cafe if you want something cheaper. The town is buzzing in the evening - our older teenagers had a few good nights at Mojitos as well as Chocolate Bar.
Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a holiday in Kalkan.
“beautiful villa in a stunning location - a great find!” I stayed at the villa with 7 friends who holiday together often and we all agreed that this was a memorable holiday for many reasons. Kalkan itself is an interesting, pretty harbour town within a 10 minute walk of our villa. It has everything you need: plenty of interesting little streets full of shops and cafes for mooching, good eating places with stunning views and, most of all, genuinely friendly and welcoming people. Our highlight was hiring a wooden gullet (Sunset 3) all to ourselves for a fabulous day out.
The villa is set high overlooking the bay, is on 3 floors, has 5 beautiful, well equipped en suite bedrooms, a sitting room on each floor, a great kitchen and a stunning pool with fabulous seating and eating areas. We couldn't believe our eyes when we walked in and discovered new 'treats' on every floor and in each room. There are glorious views from each balcony and we we were spoilt for choice as to where to gather for pre-dinner drinks. The downstairs sitting room is huge and had a sofa big enough for us all to sit on and sing along to our Mamma Mia DVD.
The villa is finished to an excellent standard, has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and is a joy to spend time in.
We were met by Ali who works for the local agent and he came early each day with fresh bread and water when we needed it. He also sorted taxis for us initially but we soon got to know a couple who we only had to text and they'd be there within 5 minutes.
We are already talking about our return visit!
“Comfortable, well equipped Apartment.” We stayed at No1 Komurluk apartment during June and July.
With there being four of us ( 2 couples ) the layout of the apartment was ideal, with the two bedrooms on separate floors which gave us all plenty of privacy.
The apartment itself was comfortable, spacious and extremely well equipped with lovely sea views from all three terraces.
The real plus points for us were :
Stand alone drinking water cooler
WiFi, which worked well.
Totally separate bedroom layout.
Middle courtyard between kitchen and second bedroom, especially good in the afternoon if shade is needed.
The management team looked after us really well, and the lady who came in on a daily basis really tried hard to please and kept the apartment really clean.
The apartment is situated in Komurluk which is a really lovely part of Kalkan which adds to its overall ambience.
Beautiful apartment with the best views in Kalkan.
Wendy & Brian kindly arranged airport transfers, so arriving here was stress free. There's also a welcome from the complex manager, and some essential provisions too.
The apartment is beautiful, very modern and very clean. A well equipped and modern kitchen, complete with dishwasher. There's also a washing machine.
There's a great shared swimming pool, with plenty of sun beds. We seemed to have the pool to ourselves most of the time too.
If you don't fancy the pool, there's a great beach club five minutes walk down the hill, where you can enjoy Kalkan's beautiful turquoise sea. And Kalkan town, with all those incredible restaurants is only 15 minutes walk away too.
A lovely cleaning lady attended every day, so we always felt comfortable.
I think this apartment has the best views in Kalkan, perfect for enjoying those beautiful sunsets on one of two balconies.
We loved staying here, we'll definitely be back. …
MANZARALI ( with a panoramic sea view) Komurluk Apartments, Kalkan

Mavis is very helpful and accessible and nothing is ever too much. Thankyou again Mavis for another amazing two weeks in Paradise. …
Villa Gemma Lycia
Fabulous villa, fabulous location...
We had a lovely time at villa Gemma Lycia where Ali (service manager) and his team looked after us well throughout our stay. Fresh bread and water was delivered daily ahead of breakfast
This was our 4th trip to Kalkan and we have stayed in very nice accommodation each time. Gemma Lycia proved to be the best so far. It is such a lovely property, very spacious and with a location that gives fabulous views over the harbor and bay and it is only a gentle 10 minutes walk to the town centre.
The facilities and fitting in the villa are very good. Our favorite area was the pool area, where we spent far too much time relaxing! We loved the villa and will definitely be in touch if we decide to visit Kalkan again next year. …
No1 Komurluk Apartments
Lovely apartment, fabulous views, great location
This was our second visit to the Kormuluk Apartments and we weren't disappointed: number 1 is very spacious, clean and comfortable and, as everyone has already commented, it affords excellent views of Kalkan town and harbour. The apartment is split into two and our son occupied the downstairs annexe bedroom - I was quite anxious before we travelled but we needn't have worried - it was perfectly fine and he loved the privacy! It would be perfect for two couples sharing, for this very reason.
Judy was extremely efficient from start to end, offering advice before we booked, organising taxi transfers and even returning an item I had left behind - thank you again for a first class service! A special mention also to the housekeeper, who is a lovely lady - she doesn't speak English but we somehow managed to communicate very well. She does an excellent job.
Kalkan was as lovely as we remembered. The walk down to the town was perfectly fine although we didn't always walk back - taxis are very reasonably priced - 11 TLR in July. We were again spoilt for choice with excellent restaurants but our favourite this year was Sade, hands down. If you arrive late on your first day/night, call Kalkan Kebap take-away - good food and quick, free delivery to your apartment! The apartment also has a BBQ so there's the option of home cooking too!
Kalkan is a must-visit resort if you like a bit of sophistication and low-key entertainment. It's hilly but quaint and authentic with it. And yes, it's probably a bit pricier than other Turkish resorts but you get what you pay for as they say... …
WITH STUNNING SEA VIEWS, Kalkan Breeze Komurluk Apartment, Kalkan, Turkey
Everything we needed for a most enjoyable break.
The apartment is very well equipped with a superb ambiance. There were only two of us but I would have no hesitation in returning with friends or family another time to make use of the other two beds. There's more than enough well appointed space for four people with each bedroom having its own en suite bathroom.
The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook for yourselves and there is plenty of fresh local produce available a short walk into town. Much as I enjoy cooking the lure of the many excellent restaurants in Kalkan proved too much and we ate out most of the time.
The pool is fine for a cooling dip and there were always loungers and umbrellas available. Most days we headed for the nearby Palm Beach Club. A short but steeply sloping walk from the apartments. This provided everything, apart from sand, you could want for a relaxing day beside the sea. The club also runs a free boat transfer to and from town.
In summary a very comfortable apartment close enough to the lovely town of Kalkan to give you all you need for a most enjoyable break. …
We love going to Kalkan...it's the most perfect, relaxing place we know on Earth. To stay at Constantia just adds to that. To stay there is just awesome. It has the most wonderful views of Kalkan Bay and, being only 1 of 10 apartments in the block, you can relax in the most idyllic surroundings. The pool is cleaned everyday, the refuse is removed everyday (Roberta is an angel). Beautifully presented, well appointed and only a short walk to town...but being lazy we always got a cab home.
The views over Kalkan bay are breathtaking....all you hear is the call to prayers and the 'phut phut' of the boats coming in and out of the harbour.
The food is unbelievable, if you ever have a 'bad' meal there, it's still probably better then you get here.
I can't wait to go back, but you can't have end of August as we have already rebooked. …
