“Villa Sommer” Villa Sommer is a fabulous home from home. It is well equipped and clean, modern and well maintained. It's location is great for the centre of Kalkan, just a 15 min walk away and the are shops and cafes within 5 mins. Although other properties are close by it is not overlooked and you have a sense of privacy. Nihat was extremely helpful and lovely. We arrived late and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Villa Sommer

“Excellent” This was our second stay at Villa Iris. The owner arranged our transfers and her agents in Kalkan ensured this loverly property was in first class order during our stay. The villa is some way up the hill but do not let this put you off as you will rewarded by the best view in Kalkan. Taxi's are very cheap. We would recommend that you use the one recommended by the owner who was prompt and courteous. Kalkan provided an excellent mix of facilities so all members or our party were happy. (Age range from 21 to 54) . The only problem with giving a good review is someone else may book his property when we next want it!

“Fantastic villa, fabulous location and the area was superb - all good” The villa is superb with amazing views. It is very well equipped and truly luxurious. We found the area had plenty to do with trips and beach clubs as well as spending time by the villa pool. Something for everyone.

“Absolutely lived up to expectations and photos! Excellent” Serenity1 was a perfect villa for 3 couples! We were parents with 2 daughters and their boyfriends and had lots of space to be together and independent. From the welcome to the departure all our needs were met: Billy was brilliant and responsive: house high quality throughout and of course the amazing views. The owner and manager made this a very easy and chilled holiday which was just what we needed! Would love to return.

“Simply the best view in the world!” We have just returned from a perfect three week stay at Eagle's Nest. This was our first time in Turkey and I don't think we could have picked a better place. The apartment is huge and is stunning both inside and outside it is very well equipped for a perfect relaxing break. The view from the terrace is beyond compare and we loved sitting in the morning just watching the boats sail out of the harbour. We found the apartment very well appointed in every respect and we particularly loved the water cooler which was much appreciated in the summer heat. Dirk, the owner was extremely helpful to deal with both prior to and during our stay, he assisted us with transfers etc. The complex itself is situated a little bit out of Kalkan and we generally used the water taxis (5TYL) or a local taxi driver (15 TYL) to take us in and out of Kalkan. It is possible to walk into Kalkan, however in the searing summer heat and with very poor access this can be difficult. Kalkan is a beautiful little town with the best selection of restaurants we have every come across in our travels. This is the first time I have every written a review of any accommodation, however I feel I have to say that if you are thinking of visiting Kalkan then Eagle's Nest is simply beautiful and you will love it - we certainly did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it - we will definitely return in the future.

“Stunning, Beautiful, Wow......” All words that easily sum up Villa Sea Breeze. Fabulous spacious villa with beautiful decor. Stunning infinity pool with jacuzzi, fantastic outside areas.. Plenty of sun beds, outdoor dining and seating. Views to die for.... So many extras, tv's, Apple TV, games console, beach bags and towels.. The list goes on. Absolute comfort in every way, superb kitchen.. Everything you could possibly need. Beautiful bedrooms and amazing bathrooms.. We were a family group of ten, we had plenty of space, awesome!! It was our second visit to Kalkan which we absolutely love.. Kalkan is very different from some other busy, built up, noisier areas of Turkey.. Give Kalkan a try.. It is stunning with amazing views, plenty to do, lovely friendly people and fabulous restaurants and beach clubs. Some of our favourites.. Aubergine, Trio, Marine, Doy Doy, Salt n' Pepper and the amazing Indigo Beach Club.. Great relaxed feel, fab food and drinks with the best views ever!!! Superb holiday from start to finish.. Thank you to Suzanne and Jonathan for having us and arranging our transfers and helping with our early arrival, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Tarik for all his help and to Ramazan and his lovely wife for looking after us during our stay. Could go on as there is so much more to say.. IF YOU WANT THE BEST then book VILLA SEA BREEZE.. It has everything you could want for both adults and children.. You will have an AMAZING time...
