This superb detached 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom villa, with its own private pool, overlooks Kalkan Bay and is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the centre of town - so car hire/taxis are not required.

The property is kept spotlessly clean, has air conditioning throughout and is equipped with everything that's needed for a successful self catering villa holiday including such extras as;

For those who have visited Turkey before they will be pleased to know all the WC's are to UK standard - so no need here to put used toilet paper into separate bins to dispose of later!

Another feature is the large, outdoor wooden terrace, which leads directly off the kitchen making it perfect for alfresco dining!

The private pool is a decent size and fitted with underwater LED lighting to let guests enjoy use of the pool during warm summer evenings. The pool can be accessed from the kitchen terrace on the first floor (via an outside spiral stairway) or directly from the two ground floor bedrooms.

The spacious layout of the villa offers plenty of seperate areas to spread out, whether its sunbathing around the pool, a quiet read sitting on one of the balconies or lunchtime drinks on the roof terrace to enjoy the panoramic view over Kalkan Bay and the surrounding foothills of the Taurus mountains.

The standard arrival time is after 3pm and departure time is 11am. Subject to the arrival of other bookings alternative timings can be agreed. The rental rates are inclusive of electricity, gas and mains water. A full clean of the villa, fresh linen, towels etc are all supplied before your arrival and for two week stays a mid-stay clean is provided. Beach towels are also provided. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

How do damage deposits work?
