If Luxury, Elegance and amazing Views are what you require on holiday then Villa Eternity may meet your requirements. This 7 bedroom, all ensuite air conditioned Villa, sleeping up to 16 people, has a sophisticated style and beauty that complements the relaxing calmness of Kalkan Bay.

The emphasis of this Villa is relaxation and enjoyment – enjoyment as friends or families and the focus of Entertainment here will spoil you for choice as there is also a Gym, TV/Cinema Room, Pool Table with seated area and even a drinks bar! If that isn’t enough there is also an indoor heated pool which can be heated for an additional cost (ideal for those Spring or Winter months).

Why not enjoy breakfast on the terrace whilst watching the boats sail out from the Harbour on their morning ventures, then capture the twinkling lights of the town pre- dinner – it’s a beautiful setting and one that’s waiting for you to experience.

Villa Eternity hosts lots of sunbathing and relaxing areas on it’s large Sun Terrace where you will find a 16m x 5m infinity pool; depth 1.50m (can be heated at additional cost) plus jacuzzi – the pool also houses a section for sunloungers where you can sunbathe whilst also keeping cool in the water. An outdoor shower is also provided. This same Terrace also offers seating areas on which to relax and unwind on or to get together for a cocktail. A dining area is also provided here along with a BBQ for entertaining either by yourselves or by being looked after by our Private Chef for a breakfast, lunch or dinner - (charges apply for Chef booking). Need a break from too much relaxing then there is Table Tennis to inspire some friendly competition within your group! The terrace also has a sound system as does the basement area which houses the bar and pool table.

The Terrace leads into the open plan living/kitchen area of 105 sqm which also has a TV. There is a cloakroom and utility room on this floor and the Villa also has Wifi. A water chiller is also here for those cooling drinks for the pool area.The Kitchen has the luxury of being able to cater for large numbers with Bosch kitchen goods comprising Dishwasher, 2 Ovens, Microwave and a 5 Ring Gas Hob on the kitchen island. There is also a filter coffee machine.

The bedrooms are all ensuite and most have amazing views of the Bay – in the penthouse bedroom you will be spoiled by it’s own private outdoor heated (extra cost) jacuzzi and sunbathing area. Two Garden bedrooms which are seperate from the Main Villa have a garden area with hammock and the Basement Bedroom has 4 single beds.

As well as our Complimentary Welcome Pack and complimentary daily bread delivery our guests can also benefit from being able to pre-order food and drinks to be delivered to their Villa ready for their arrival. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the villa rental price is required to secure a booking.
The outstanding balance is required 10 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.

We also require a £500 breakage and damages deposit, which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within 14 days from the end of your holiday.

If Villa guests use the barbeque we require you to clean it before departure.

Due to the infinity pool (1.75m depth, no shallow end) and jacuzzi (1m depth) we advise that children are supervised at all times when in and around pool/jacuzzi area and around terraces and railings by a responsible adult. No inflatables in pool due to infinity edge.

“Basically a 5 bed with 2 beds in a separate annex...”

I'll start with the main negative, The shared garden bedrooms are basically separate from the main villa, which caused massive issues with our group as a couple had to be stuck down there on their own which was a huge surprise to everyone who had paid equal amounts to enjoy this villa. We think the pictures and description really do not advertise it accurately. The actual villa was absolutely lovely, can't fault it aside from the odd issue with pool heating and hot water but could attribute that to the off season we visited in. If you're prepared for the separate room issue then the villa was amazing and I would recommend it.

Owner's reply: Dear Charlie Thank you for your review - it's helpful for us to have feedback from guests. Unfortunately as an Owner I wasn't aware of the Garden Bedroom issue during your stay - I believe you booked through an agent so will check their website to see if the Villa is being advertised to descriptively indicate that the garden bedrooms are separate from the Main Villa as most of our adverts indicate. All previous guests haven't found this a problem and some have enjoyed having their own bedroom space with a garden for some peace and tranquillity moments away from the main Villa - we have in fact recently moved the large green parasol down to that area with a hammock underneath for guests to enjoy. As the Villa is quite large we have also installed mini fridges along with initial tea/coffee supplies and a kettle in both the Garden bedrooms and the Penthouse bedrooms with these rooms being furthest from the kitchen for the enjoyment of our guests. We haven't had this feedback before from any of our other guests but I suppose everyone is different - thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Kind Regards Julie
