From the owner

The Emir Sea was part of the Mina Hotel (Tapestry Holidays) and was converted into apartments in 2006. Fully equipped & decorated tastefully throughout with air-con in all bedrooms & lounge. There are 2 shower rooms (one being en-suite). There is an IPod docking station for use in the lounge area along with free WIFI throughout. A water cooler and safe has been installed for guests use.

Part of the Emir complex consisting of only 19 apartments in 4 blocks, Sea is on the ground floor of the top block in a more tranquil setting overlooking Kalkan town and bay beyond. Sea has its own patio & garden which is secure so that young children can't wander and is ideal for sunbathing and open air dining. Immediately outside is a large sunbathing area overlooking both pools. Sun beds,umbrellas and beach towels are provided. There are also 2 hairdryers at the apartment.

Emir Sea is ideal for a family group or 2 couples sharing due to having the 2 shower rooms.

The apartment is all on one level consisting of two bedrooms. 1 double with a king sized bed and 1 twin bedded ensuite room, open plan dining and lounge area with adjoining kitchen and a large shower room with basin and toilet.The bedrooms and living area have air conditioning. There is a hair dryer in each room.The twin bedded room is large and also has a 6ft "Put u Up" single bed which is ideal for a child or adult. All kitchen appliances are Bosch. The bathroom was refurbished in 2012 and there is a new en suite in the 2nd bedroom for 2015.Facilities for Babies can be provided through a local company. I can also assist with a' Baby sitting service' with an experienced sitter who will meet you and the children beforehand.

The patio which overlooks Kalkan and Kalkan Bay is set in its own secure gated surroundings to prevent unaccompanied or very young children wandering off. For adults wanting peace and quiet away from the main poolside area,the patio is ideal for sunbathing or dining out using the table and 5 chairs. There is also a coffee table o/s patio door with 2 chairs.Shops,supermarkets,a cafe, four banks with ATM facilities and a Gym are within 3/4 minutes walk from the Emir complex.The supermarkets are open early and close late(midnight or later in the high season) selling fresh bread,milk,beer and wine and all needs for any meal for self catering including fresh veg and fruit and frozen foods.Kalkan is famous for its restaurants catering for all tastes.The nearest ones to the Emir complex are only 5 minutes walk away with many more to choose from all the way down to the harbourside

How do damage deposits work?
