“Most relaxing holiday in ages” This place has it all, best villa i have been to. It has everything you could possibly need, a fantastic private pool with south facing sun trap for day round sun. The area by the pool was so good that most days we just relaxed by the pool. The local beaches were fantastic, recommend Kaputas beach just down the road. We enjoyed cooking at the villa, has all the mod cons and equipment you need, also gave the bbq a spin. Shiela was a brilliant host, everything was sorted for our stay, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We'll be back!

“Stunning views” My wife and I were very spoiled as there was only the two of us in this beautiful large villa.the first thing that hit us was the stunning views from all rooms and balconies as the villa is set high up in the hillside in a quiet cul de sac ( car advised which we really enjoyed as we were able to do lots of exploring ) The villa is very well equipped with everything you need - even CDs and board games, not that you will need them. We really enjoyed eating breakfast from the seated area by the front door, the kitchen is really well equipped but being a chef on holiday we did not tend to cook much but eat out at the very many excellent restaurants in Kalkan. The owner Lynne will supply you with a host of information including maps and directions from the airport if you are driving. We have only been back two days and are already planing our next trip back to Kalkan and would definitely recommend Villa Narin to anybody.

“Beautiful villa, fantastic holiday.” Service from start to finish was excellent, fantastic communication from Chrissy the owner, airport transfers very good and then we were looked after extremely well by Veysel the caretaker. The villa was beautiful and we had everything we wanted. We used the pool all the time especially after a very hot walk up the hill, although we did get a taxi once when we had been to the supermarket, this was very cheap. The Ottoman was lovely to sit in the evening, this gave us a cooling breeze and also a great view to look at. Kalkan itself was picturesque and the locals were very friendly. The food was delicious and very cheap. All the beachclubs were easy to get to and had really comfortable sunbeds. Fantastic holiday, didn't want to leave.

“The Oasis in Town” Kilim Cottage was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Kalkan. Conveniently close to town, yet tranquil and private. The pool is fantastic, very big and not overcrowded when shared with the people in the other villas in the complex. The pool/garden area is lush with greenery and the views of the mountains are superb. The cottage itself is unique and has a more traditional style in its decor. The living spaces downstairs are big with lots of space to lounge about. They're also sometimes a welcome retreat from the heat of the day! The availibility of three bathrooms was very useful with three girls staying there for the week and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. There really isn't anything bad to say about Kilim Cottage, there were even guidebooks about Turkey and information about local attractions and things to do, which meant we had everything we needed for our week long stay. I would definitely stay there again and I enjoyed every minute of my holiday in Kalkan!

“Great villa, good location - excellent pool” We loved our stay in villa Zarif. The villa was equipped with everything needed for a relaxing break. All rooms had air con. The bedrooms were all en suite with spacious showers and lovely large fluffy towels. The (steepish) walk to Kalkan only takes about 10 mins and the local taxis bring you back for under £1 per person. There are lots of good restaurants in Kalkan and some great cocktail bars. If you like ancient sites there are a number of Lycian cities within an hour of Kalkan so it makes a great base. Also, not to be missed, is the Saklikent gorge - great for cooling down in the hot Turkish summer.
